A man who stabbed a university student to death with a ceremonial knife as he walked home from a night out has been found guilty of murder.
Vickrum Digwa used a 21cm (8in) blade he said he carried as part of his Sikh faith to kill 18-year-old Henry Nowak in Southampton on 3 December.
Digwa, 23, claimed he acted in self defence after the teenager used a racist insult, punched him and knocked his turban off, Southampton Crown Court heard.
However, the jury rejected this defence and found him guilty of murder.
Digwa was also found guilty of carrying a knife in public and his mother, Kiran Kaur, 53, was found guilty of assisting an offender.
Kaur appeared visibly upset in the dock as the verdict was read out, while Digwa showed little emotion and gazed out into the courtroom.

Umm… Excuse Me? Ben-Gvir, Israel’s Minister of National Security (key member of Netanyahu’s coalition) says President Trump is NOT ALLOWED to make a deal with Iran
He was asked about a potential “bad agreement” with Iran “like the one that Trump” [might negotiate].
He responded:
“.. I know that Prime Minister Netanyahu and all of us as members of the cabinet… as the government of Israel cannot allow this to happen… This is an agreement that can harm the state of Israel, and we will not allow this to happen.”

I've found the orginal study and the open source proving this tech is real.
Read on...
How It Works
-Beamforming (introduced in WiFi 5/802.11ac) uses physical environment data to steer signals toward clients for better bandwidth
-Clients send back BFI—a compressed representation of how the signal propagated through the environment
-This compression actually filters out noise, potentially making BFI better than raw CSI for sensing
-The authors fed this data into recurrent neural networks to classify individuals by their unique gait and body interference patterns
The Privacy Implications
-This isn't theoretical lab work. The paper explicitly warns:
-IEEE is standardising WiFi sensing (802.11bf) with zero privacy protections built in
-BFI works across multiple perspectives, walking styles, and reduced sample rates
-It scales to large populations (197 subjects is far larger than prior studies which typically used a handful)
-The adversary model is terrifyingly weak: anyone with a laptop in a coffee shop, apartment building, or office can passively identify individuals moving through the space
The Real-World Threat
Think about what this means in practice. Every modern WiFi network is silently broadcasting enough data to:
-Track individuals through smart buildings without their knowledge
-Identify people in their own homes by a neighbour or a device on the street
-Build persistent identity profiles tied to unique body-interference signatures—a biometric you cannot change
-The authors frame this as "privacy risk investigation," but the subtext is clear: the infrastructure is already deployed, the data is already flowing unencrypted through the air, and the industry is actively working to standardise and expand these capabilities without any meaningful privacy safeguards.

Arab, Islamic Nations Unite to Condemn Somaliland Opening Embassy in Occupied Jerusalem
Israel and the UAE are seeking to use the breakaway region of Somaliland to project power in the maritime chokepoints of the Gulf of Aden and Bab
Fifteen Arab and Islamic countries condemned on 24 May the decision of the breakaway region of Somaliland to open an embassy in occupied Jerusalem.
The foreign ministers of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Turkiye, Pakistan, Indonesia, Djibouti, Somalia, Palestine, Oman, Sudan, Yemen, Lebanon, and Mauritania denounced the move in a joint statement on Sunday.
The countries condemned "in the strongest terms the illegal and unacceptable step taken by the so-called 'Somaliland' region in opening a purported 'embassy' in occupied Jerusalem," according to the statement.
The countries issued the statement one week after Israeli President Isaac Herzog welcomed Somaliland's first-ever ambassador to Israel, Dr. Mohamed Hagi, at the President's Residence in occupied Jerusalem.
"This new and important partnership between our countries will lead to a future of cooperation in a variety of fields – for the benefit of both our peoples and the entire region," Herzog stated.
Seven countries have opened embassies in Jerusalem since the US, under President Donald Trump, recognized the city as Israel's capital in 2017.
The decision sparked widespread international condemnation, given that Israeli forces illegally occupied East Jerusalem during the Six-Day War in 1967, which Palestinians call the Naksa.
Since then, Israel has colonized East Jerusalem in violation of international law by expelling indigenous Palestinian Muslims and Christians and facilitating the settlement of Jewish Israelis in their place.
The 15 countries rejected any unilateral measures to entrench "an illegal reality in occupied Jerusalem or conferring legitimacy on any entities or arrangements that contravene international law and relevant United Nations resolutions."
The statement reaffirmed the fact that "East Jerusalem has been occupied Palestinian territory since 1967" and said any measures seeking to alter its legal or historical status are "null and void."
The foreign ministers also expressed full support for the unity, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Somalia, rejecting any unilateral actions that undermine Somali sovereignty.
In April, Somalia condemned Israel's appointment of an ambassador to the breakaway region of Somaliland, calling the move a "breach" of its sovereignty and international law.

❗️New US violations met with Iranian strike on Kuwait airbase
A new series of direct military confrontations erupted between the US and Iran near Strait of Hormuz on 28 May after US Central Command (CENTCOM) said it carried out so-called “self-defense” strikes near the Iranian port city of Bandar Abbas.
CENTCOM claimed its forces intercepted four one-way attack drones and destroyed a ground control station allegedly preparing a fifth launch targeting international shipping lanes. US officials said the operation was aimed at preventing attacks on commercial vessels amid escalating tensions in Gulf waters.
The US also accused Iranian forces of earlier hostile actions in the region, including laying naval mines and firing warning shots at ships transiting the Strait of Hormuz. Iran rejected the US justification and condemned the strikes as a violation of the truce and an infringement on its sovereignty.
Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that it responded by launching missiles and drones at the US airbase involved in the Bandar Abbas attack, warning no aggression would go unanswered.
Kuwait confirmed that its air defense systems intercepted several projectiles crossing its airspace during the exchange.
Fars News Agency reported that explosions heard overnight in eastern Hormozgan province and near the Strait of Hormuz were the result of an exchange of fire between Iranian and US forces, alongside the activation of Iranian air defenses.
According to Fars, several US naval vessels attempted to pass through the Strait of Hormuz without prior coordination but were confronted by Iranian naval forces and forced to retreat. The report added that US forces later struck a military base and officially acknowledged carrying out attacks on Iranian territory, while the US military maintained that the exchange did not constitute a violation of the ongoing ceasefire.

Keep Talking: Thur 4 June, 2026: Not on the BEEB: Who Owns the Narrative Now?
After C19, with genocide in plain sight and divide-and-conquer in full swing, where next? Mark Playne, founder of 'Not On The Beeb' and author of AI & I, charts a way forward. This is his first talk to Keep Talking, and I wish him a warm welcome.
Topic: Who Owns the Narrative Now?
Speaker: Mark Playne of 'Not on the BEEB'
Date: Thursday, 4 June, 2026
Time: 7:00 – 10:00 pm (tea etc 7:00 -- 7:30; talks etc 7:30 +)
Location: The Tea House Theatre, 139 Vauxhall Walk, London, SE11 5HL. Tel: 02072074585
Entry: £5
Mark Playne is a British filmmaker, author and independent journalist, whose work has long gone where others look away. His short film, Love at First Sight, won 76 international awards, and is archived by the British Film Institute, and his peace film '2 by 2' was made for an international project confronting genocide and the work of reconciliation. Since 2020, under the Not On The Beeb banner, he has carried out extensive COVID-19 investigations; despite PayPal defunding, YouTube demonetisation and repeated bans, that work has been archived by the British Library for future generations.
His book AI & I: Cracking the C19 Code turns that same instinct on more recent history. It is a forensic dialogue between Playne and an artificial intelligence: he constructs careful questions and records the answers, pressing the AI like a barrister teasing testimony from a reluctant witness. Readers have called the result mind-blowing, and one of the most important books they have read. The conclusion is damning.
Join us for an evening where Mark takes you inside the investigation, the method behind it, and what the AI was finally made to admit. Expect a frank talk, a Q&A, and the chance to have your copy signed.
From Vauxhall Station walk Eastwards, under the railway lines, to the junction of South Lambeth Road and Kennington Lane (A4304), cross to Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens, and walk along the path Northwards, taking the left path where the path forks. When you reach the other side of the grass, suddenly you're there. Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens is open 24 hours a day.
By Rail: Vauxhall Underground Station is on the Victoria Line, and is located next to the mainline station.
By Bus: Vauxhall Bus Station is next to the Underground station, and is served by a number of routes (https://tfl.gov.uk/bus/stop/HUBVXH/vauxhall/). London Bus routes are 2, 36, 77, 87, 88, 156, 185, 196, 344, 360, 436 and 452 serve the adjoining Vauxhall bus station.
By Car: The North side of Kennington Lane is the boundary of the London Congestion Zone: Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens is within it, but Vauxhall Station is outside.
If there are any problems on the night, please ring my mobile – except that during the talk I shall probably be using my phone for videoing, so contact the venue on 02072074585 .
Best wishes and keep talking,
Ian Fantom

5/18 — Israel Expands Death Penalty Law To Include West Bank Palestinians
The law permits Israeli military courts to impose executions on Palestinians as a default penalty, while Israelis are under civilian law
Israeli authorities expanded the use of the death penalty against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank on 17 May, after military commander Avi Bluth signed an order authorizing military courts to carry out executions in so-called “security cases.”
The move transfers a law approved by the Knesset on 30 March into the military court system used exclusively against Palestinians living under occupation, deepening the discriminatory apartheid system.
The amendment changes the “Security Instructions Order,” as the Knesset vote alone was not enough to enforce the law in the occupied West Bank, where Palestinians are prosecuted under Israeli military orders rather than Israeli civil law.
Under the new framework, Israeli military courts can sentence Palestinians to death for killing Israelis. Judges may issue life sentences only in exceptional cases, making execution the default punishment in most prosecutions.
One condition for imposing the sentence is that the act was intended to “negate the existence of the State of Israel or the authority of the military commander in the area.”
The language of the law exclusively targets Palestinians resisting Israeli occupation and aggression, while Israeli citizens remain under civilian courts and are excluded from the law...
National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir celebrated the measure as a political victory for his Jewish Power party, saying, “We promised and we fulfilled.”../
Maariv reported in early April that much of the Israeli public’s backlash focused on the law not going far enough, with many demanding it be expanded further.
The report, based on 18,000 posts and 600,000 interactions analyzed by Scooper, found that objections centered on making the law even harsher, not on human rights concerns.

We're effectively pricing ourselves into poverty. Destroying our economy to feed a delusion.
I say we, it's the climate cult doing this of course and the lemmings who follow them. None of it needs to happen but it will if we don't stop it!

Arriving in Canada
If you’re a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, person registered under the Indian Act, or a foreign national who, in the previous 21 days, have been in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda or South Sudan, you will receive a health assessment when you arrive to Canada.
If you don’t have symptoms of Ebola disease, you’ll be required to quarantine for 21 days after your date of entry to Canada. You must go directly to your place of quarantine and follow instructions provided to you by a quarantine officer.
You will also be given a kit that includes instructions through a handout, a digital thermometer and a Daily Health Record to help you complete and record daily health checks during your 21-day quarantine period.
If you have symptoms of Ebola disease, you will:
immediately have a medical examination
be placed in isolation and receive care at a medical facility or other suitable place
remain in isolation for 21 days from your date of entry into Canada or the date the symptoms appear (whichever is later)
After your arrival
While in quarantine, you must:
stay at your quarantine location for 21 days following the date you entered Canada
avoid all contact with people outside your household unless to seek medical care
you are permitted to go outside for fresh air or wellbeing but cannot have direct contact with others
you cannot have visitors
monitor for symptoms of Ebola disease daily and report on your health to a government official
call the local public health authority immediately if you start to develop Ebola disease symptoms
you will have to isolate in a medical facility for 21 days from the day your symptoms start
wash your hands and clean spaces such as washrooms regularly
If you have symptoms of Ebola disease and you’re in isolation or treatment, you will remain there:
for 21 days from the day you entered Canada or when your symptoms first appeared (whichever is later) and
until a quarantine officer determines it is safe for you to leave
