The 4 Main Threats:

Our assessment is that the wave of violence and arson accompanying the ongoing protests and riots in France, and its subsequent online amplification by international right-wing propaganda networks, may indicate a coordinated hybrid operation involving Russian intelligence services, in collaboration with actors linked to the United States and Israel. The extent of foreign involvement, including any coordination between the suspected actors, remains unverified. It warrants further investigation. tweet

So when you look at the protests in France, and now Italy, think of the Bronze Night. Estonia brought out the water cannons, and they did their job. Multiple people were arrested. Organisers were russians.
Then came the cyberattacks from Russia. Estonia repelled those too.
