♦️ According to reports, intelligence agencies have obtained a Russian document outlining a plan to destroy electricity supplies, heating, water supply, and sewage systems in Ukraine’s major cities.

♦️ According to the document, Russia’s objective is to deteriorate living conditions in these cities to such an extent that remaining there becomes practically impossible for residents.

♦️ The Russian side has calculated in advance how many missiles and drones would be needed to destroy specific critical infrastructure facilities.

♦️ Particular attention is being paid to Kyiv. Under the worst-case scenario, the Ukrainian capital could be left without electricity for up to 20 hours a day.

It is worth recalling that Putin gained the ability to pursue such objectives after U.S. President Donald Trump deliberately cut off the supply of Patriot interceptor missiles to Ukraine to help Russia, while also restricting Ukraine’s access to intelligence information and satellite internet.

Tehran’s involvement reportedly extends far beyond supplying weapons, with Iranian officers participating in frontline military operations.

According to The Wall Street Journal, officers from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) are directly involved in Houthi missile, drone, tunnel, and logistics operations. Tehran has reportedly smuggled weapons into Yemen aboard traditional boats and even used submarines when maritime shipments were disrupted. In July, Iran’s Mahan Air allegedly transported military personnel and weapons components on two flights, prompting Saudi strikes on Sanaa airport and contributing to renewed fighting after a four-year truce. Iranian support reportedly helped the Houthis capture Mokha in September and establish control along Yemen’s Bab el-Mandeb coastline, using coordinated infantry assaults, missiles, and fiber-optic FPV drones.

Iran’s expanding military role in Yemen presents a serious challenge to Saudi Arabia and regional maritime security. Houthi control of territory overlooking the Bab el-Mandeb Strait could strengthen their ability to threaten one of the world’s most important shipping routes, while direct IRGC involvement would give Tehran greater influence over military operations against Saudi-backed forces. The reported use of advanced drones and coordinated ground assaults also points to a more capable Houthi fighting force.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned that Russia is planning to deploy ballistic missiles and other weapons on Belarusian territory with the support of Alexander Lukashenko.
