Putin's envoy Kirill Dmitriev is celebrating Trump's suspension of sanctions against Russia, calling it a "truly historic moment."
Dmitriev also says Russia and the US are exploring cooperation on data centres.
This looks like another Kremlin scheme to lure Trump into pressuring Ukraine to stop striking Russian data centres, including Yandex facilities.
Moscow knows exactly how to exploit Trump's obsession with business deals. They're truly playing him like a fiddle. tweet
