U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth made an unannounced visit to Ovda Air Base in southern Israel on Monday to meet American troops stationed in the country, Kan News reports.
Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Minister Katz joined him for a 90 minute meeting focused on Iran. No military officials were present. A security source told Kan that renewed fighting with Iran is inevitable, but unlikely before Israel's elections and the U.S. midterms.
