RT @NSTRIKE1231: BIG | 🇺🇸🇷🇺🇺🇦‼️ U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff has thanked Vladimir Putin for Russia’s decision to lift restrictions on diesel exports, describing the move as an example of cooperation between Washington and Moscow.
“President Trump is grateful for your decision to lift export controls on Russian diesel. This is an example of our joint work. I want to thank you for that,” Witkoff told Putin.
In response, Putin said Trump had repeatedly emphasized the need to end the war in Ukraine, citing military casualties and civilian suffering.
Putin also claimed that announcements concerning diesel supplies had already contributed to a 5–6% decline in global market prices.
The Russian president announced preparations to dispatch several tankers immediately, with the first vessel carrying approximately 40,000 tonnes of cargo expected to depart within two to three days. Additional shipments would follow, provided financial arrangements were finalized.
🔥 The exchange highlights the growing importance of energy cooperation in U.S.-Russian diplomatic discussions. Additional Russian diesel exports could help ease pressure on fuel markets, but they could also generate revenue for Moscow while its invasion of Ukraine continues.
The proposed financial arrangements are particularly significant because the mechanisms used to process payments could affect the practical impact of existing economic restrictions on Russia. The central question is whether efforts to stabilize energy prices will be accompanied by measures that prevent additional export revenues from strengthening Russia’s ability to finance the war.

Macron on the unrest in France:
Foreign manipulation of information afterward is certain. AI-generated images showed scenes that never happened, and claims of an invasion by hordes of migrants and Islamists are completely false.
It led to unacceptable and downright stupid comments from many people, including foreign leaders.
Those who want to create disorder in city centers next Saturday will be prevented from doing so. Prefects can already impose curfews and prohibit gatherings, and a state of emergency could be declared if the situation justified it.

RT @NSTRIKE1231: BIG | 🇺🇸🇺🇦‼️ U.S. Senator Chris Coons had criticized Elon Musk’s control over strategically important technology, warned that no single private individual should have the power to influence the course of a war through what he described as a single switch.
Coons compared the situation to allowing a private individual to turn fighter jets, aircraft carriers or nuclear-powered submarines on and off at will.
The senator emphasized that dual-use technologies, particularly satellite communications systems with both civilian and military applications, can play a decisive role in modern warfare.
He also made his position on the Russia-Ukraine war clear, stating that American interests lie with Ukraine, not Russia.
🔥 Coons’ warning highlights a significant vulnerability in modern military operations, where privately controlled infrastructure can become essential to battlefield communications and coordination. Dependence on a single commercial provider creates risks when access to critical services can be restricted or interrupted.
His remarks raise broader questions about government oversight, contractual safeguards and the need for reliable alternatives to privately operated strategic systems. For Ukraine, uninterrupted access to military communications remains an essential component of its ability to defend itself against Russia’s invasion.

The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) Center has issued a late report of an attack on a tanker about 30 nautical miles southeast of Al Faw, Iraq, at the northern end of the Persian Gulf.
The tanker was struck by an unknown projectile around 1830 UTC yesterday, according to the vessel’s master. The crew is reported safe, and no damage or environmental impact has been reported.
A tanker was struck in nearly the same area on September 9th. Earlier this week, UKMTO acknowledged it is struggling to report the true number of attacks because most targeted vessels are refusing to report to it, likely in accordance with U.S. guidance. Attacks the U.S. attributes to Iran have increased in pace and range in recent weeks, reaching tankers north of Qatar and off Saudi Arabia’s Al Jubayl.
