RT @NSTRIKE1231: BIG | 🇺🇸🇺🇦‼️ Republican Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick is calling for an investigation into restrictions on Ukraine’s Starshield service, warning that Elon Musk may have broken the law if he personally ordered the system to be slowed down.

Fitzpatrick drew a clear distinction between Starlink, SpaceX’s commercial satellite internet service, and Starshield, which is designed for government and national security operations. He argued that while Musk has authority over commercial Starlink services, decisions affecting Starshield cannot be treated the same way. If Musk ordered the restrictions, Fitzpatrick said, it would likely constitute a legal violation.

🔥 Ukraine’s military communications should not depend on the personal decisions of a billionaire. Russia is waging a full-scale war against Ukraine, and any disruption to critical satellite services risks undermining Kyiv’s ability to defend itself. Washington needs to establish who authorized the restrictions, why they were imposed, and whether private interests were allowed to interfere with American national security commitments.

Advisers to German Chancellor Friedrich Merz considered invoking NATO's Article 5 over the Leipzig attack, and would have pushed for it had the casualty toll been high, the Wall Street Journal reports.

For the first time, the Bundeswehr has rated the risk of Russian sabotage against its own troops and facilities as "significant," the second-highest level on its internal scale.

Behind the shift: a crashed drone carrying highly explosive material, found in mid-September just metres from an aircraft at Wunstorf airbase in Lower Saxony. BKA technical analysis indicates it may have been lying near the base for roughly two years. Investigators believe the target was military aircraft, not civilian ones.

The assessment says Moscow almost certainly has the capability and very likely a growing intent to hit German military sites and Ukrainian personnel in Germany.

Israel Foreign Ministry:

Israel strongly condemns the decision of the Libyan House of Representatives to ratify the Maritime Jurisdiction Memorandum between Turkey and Libya.
This agreement infringes upon the sovereign rights of our close allies in the region.

Regretfully, once again we see Turkey working to destabilise the east Mediterranean region.

Libya's eastern parliament, the rival of the Tripoli based government in the west, has ratified the maritime border agreement with Turkey. The approval gives Ankara the ability to veto maritime projects, including power grid links and undersea cables connecting Israel with Cyprus and Greece.

Kann news.
