The Ukrainian Navy published footage from the interception of a Russian Geran-4 jet-powered long-range strike drone carried out with the Sting-type interceptor drone launched from Sargan 3000 unmanned surface vessel (USV).
The use of USVs as interceptor drone carriers provides Ukrainian forces with additional capability to intercept Russian UAVs over the Black Sea waters, before they are able to reach Ukraine's mainland.
