Question to Ashish: When can we expect the integration of WadzPay components into the W Chain platform?

Answer: WadzPay has several products planned for integration into the W Chain platform, with the following schedule:

wDigiSafe: Custody wallet solution – expected in Q4 2025

AssetToken: Real-world asset (RWA) tokenisation – expected in Q1 2026

MoneyToken: Monetary asset tokenisation – expected in Q1 2026

Invoice Now Finance: B2B invoicing platform – expected in Q2 2026

These integrations will enhance the capabilities and offerings of the W Chain ecosystem over the coming months.

Question to Arijit: What initiatives are planned to attract new users to W Chain, particularly in terms of marketing and promotion of the decentralized exchange (DEX)?

Answer- To drive user adoption and ecosystem growth, W Chain has initiated a multi-faceted strategy focused on visibility, engagement, and strategic alliances:

Public Relations and Media Outreach: We are actively executing a strong PR campaign, ensuring coverage on leading mainstream and cryptocurrency-focused media platforms. This will amplify awareness of our decentralized exchange (DEX) and broader W Chain ecosystem.

Strategic Partnerships: Our next phase involves forging strategic partnerships that enhance both visibility and functionality. These partnerships will create synergies across key products—including Premium Accounts and the W Arcade—strengthening the overall value proposition.

Influencer Engagement (KOL Strategy): We are expanding our Key Opinion Leader (KOL) initiatives by onboarding mid-tier influencers as brand ambassadors. Their role is to communicate W Chain’s vision, capabilities, and real-world impact to broader communities, particularly in markets where crypto adoption is rapidly growing.

Together, these initiatives are designed not only to attract new users to the platform but also to build sustained interest and engagement within the W Chain ecosystem.

Question to Ashish: The duty-free section has been removed from the WadzPay website. Is the Dubai Duty Free (DDF) collaboration still progressing?

Answer- Yes, the collaboration with Dubai Duty Free (DDF) is still progressing. DDF, along with the acquiring partner, has approached the Central Bank to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for launching a virtual asset-based payment acceptance programme powered by WadzPay. We are currently awaiting the Central Bank's response to move forward with the initiative.

Question to Ashish: Could you provide an update on the current status and developments of the Pilgrim Program?

Answer- The Pilgrim Programme proof of concept (POC) has been successfully completed with the issuing bank in Indonesia.

Currently, discussions are underway with three acquiring banks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to finalise the acceptance model. This model is expected to involve linking a MADA prepaid card—either virtual or physical—with the pilgrim’s wallet.

This approach will significantly enhance the programme’s usability, enabling pilgrims to transact seamlessly at all merchant outlets that accept MADA cards across KSA.

Question to Ashish: What is the latest update regarding WadzPay’s prepaid card license application?

Answer: WadzPay's Winity Prepaid Card programme is progressing well. The due diligence process with REAP, a principal VISA member, has been successfully completed. REAP and WadzPay have jointly submitted the programme application to VISA, which has already passed the initial approval stage.

Final approval from VISA, including approval of the prepaid card design, is expected by early August 2025. The official card launch is currently scheduled for early September 2025.

Importantly, this prepaid card programme will be fully compatible with W Chain’s Premium account functionalities, offering users a seamless and integrated experience.

Question to Harsh: Are there any plans to list additional trading pairs or new tokens on W Swap?

Answer: Yes, we do plan to list more trading pairs on W Swap soon. This will enhance trading flexibility and provide users with a wider range of token options within the ecosystem. Further announcements will be made as new pairs go live.

Question to Anish: Is the launch of a stablecoin still planned for W Chain? If so, what is the projected timeline for its release?

Answer- We already support major stablecoins such as USDT and USDC on W Chain. At this time, there are no plans for a direct issuance of a new native stablecoin by us. Instead, our focus will be on continuing to support and integrate existing stablecoins within the ecosystem.

Question to Harsh: Will W Chain introduce a simplified token creation tool—similar to Solana’s—to enable easier development and deployment of new tokens?

Answer: Yes, this is our pipeline. We are working on a simplified token creation tool to make it easier for developers to create and deploy new tokens on W Chain, similar to what Solana offers. We will announce the release date soon.

Question to Harsh: Will WCO holders who are not validators or liquidity providers have future opportunities to stake their tokens?

Answer: Yes, there are plans to introduce single-token staking for both WCO and Wave in the near future. This will provide an opportunity for holders who are not validators or liquidity providers to stake their tokens and earn rewards.

Regarding the user interface and user experience, we’ve recently launched the new UI/UX for Wave, which can be explored at https://wave.w-chain.com/.

Question to Ashish: Are there any updates available regarding the WadzPay initiative or engagement in the Congo region?

Answer- Yes, there are significant developments in the Congo region. The Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) is setting up a national financial infrastructure and has appointed JLT to deliver the programme. WadzPay and JLT have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and will work together to deliver the following solutions in the DRC:

A multi-asset exchange, including virtual assets, digitised real-world assets (such as minerals), and company shares.


The launch of a stablecoin.

A virtual asset wallet and payments platform.

This collaboration marks a major step towards advancing the digital financial ecosystem in the region.
