Reminder: the W Swap and WCO plans are live on the W Chain website homepage, alongside the Product Roadmap.
1) How does the Token Launch Program create buy-side demand for WCO?
Launching a token requires no smart contract knowledge — just a simple form. Tokens aren't minted 100% at once (helps prevent scam launches), and demand for WCO is built in at every step: minting fees, buying initial supply, and default WCO pairing on listing. Paying fees in WCO gets a discount over USDT, and a portion of WCO collected is burned. Buyback percentage will be community-voted via a poll with a range set by the team.
2) How is the gasless Paymaster funded — WAVE or other assets?
A mixed model — WAVE is primary, with the team also funding a portion from WCO's own ecosystem allocation. Important: node operator rewards are unaffected — this is a separate funding pool.
3) How does cross-chain WCO connect back to the W Chain ecosystem?
Going cross-chain expands visibility and introduces WCO to new communities on other networks, who then discover the broader W Chain ecosystem. Also exploring outreach to universities and colleges for further visibility.
4) What incentives will attract LPs away from established DEXs like Uniswap?
W Swap (a Uniswap fork) is getting a major upgrade — limit orders, more networks, more pairs. For LPs: WAVE rewards (already live), gasless transactions, and platform fees removed entirely. Two upcoming fee models: V2 with a fixed fee, and a version where each LP sets their own fee.
5) When will the Emission & Vesting Audit, unlock calendar, and Live Supply Dashboard go public?
Within the next two months. The new website is in testing now — once live, it'll host the full supply dashboard and audit report, with every unlock fully traceable.
6) When can we expect the WAVE plan?
This week — targeting Friday or Monday, after internal audit and team alignment.
7) What can the community expect this week and next?
Testnet fully fixed — explorer fixed, faucet now live
