Team, This is my 2 cents on Recent Spikes which happen Intraday. When everyone wants to play the game in Options without having any positions as Hedge for your Cash or Futures Segment, you can expect this to happen with people having money will continue to create positions in Options Segment & when they know common man is not investing in other segments, it's easy to move the Markets which doesn't trade with much Volumes.

For Example... I will create positions for 1000 cr in Options, then if I have 100 cr, I will move the Index Spot & Futures & Respective Stocks which has high contribution to move them 1 or 2 % with a Basket Order...

With 100 Cr Investment, I can double my Capital in Options. Thats exactly is happening, unless someone resolves this equilibrium, we will continue to witness this.

Again I say, FNO was introduced as a Hedging Instrument, where we now making it as a Bread & Butter instrument.

Either you adapt with these Volatility or keep cribbing about it.

Our Markets have moved from Monthly To Weekly To Daily For Index... what if in Future we have Daily Expiry for each Index.. Don't be surprised if it occurs...

Earlier when we had Monthly it's Like Test Matches, whoever were in the Crease for longer was able to make money, which were Favoring sellers

Then Weekly Came, which is Like 1 Day International... It was helping both Buyers & Sellers depends on which day you Trade

Now with Daily... It's Like 20/20 & it's getting into addictive mode, because action happens every day with New Batsman or Bowler coming to the fore.

Get Ready for 10/10 as well in Future. Either you evolve & adapt or get ready to pack your bags. Happy Trading 👍
