Good Morning Team, The Dow Jones experienced a significant drop, closing down by 410 points on Friday. This reflects a broader market sentiment where both the Dow and the S&P 500, which had its worst week since March 2023, are facing downward pressure.

The recent US jobs report has contributed to the negative sentiment. Nonfarm payrolls increased by only 142,000, falling short of the expected 161,000.

The Indian stock market experienced a significant drop, with the Sensex falling over 1,017 points and Nifty dipping below 24,900, reflecting a weak close influenced by global cues, particularly the US jobs data. This indicates a bearish sentiment in the short term, potentially exacerbated by the loss in market capitalization and concerns over the financial sector's health.

Good Morning Team, The positive closure of US markets could lead to a bullish sentiment in global markets, including Asia and Europe, as investor confidence might carry over.

With Bank Nifty ending strong, there might be a continuation of this momentum, especially with both FIIs and DIIs showing confidence by buying in the cash market. This could signal a good entry point for traders focusing on Indian equities.

Today, everyone's going to be squinting at the US CPI and PPI numbers like they're trying to read the future in tea leaves. These could hint at how much the Fed might snip the rates. Will they? Won't they? It's the financial world's version of a cliffhanger.

Nifty - Trading above the 20-day moving average (DMA) of 24850 could be seen as bullish, but it's also a critical level to hold. Falling below might trigger further selling.

Nifty Bank - Breaking above its 20 DMA could set the stage for testing the 50 DMA at 51423. This level will be pivotal; a sustained move above could signal further gains, while failure to breach might see a pullback.

Coforge is up by 3.26%, with a 2.25% increase in OI, showing strong momentum due to a positive outlook in the IT sector.

Laurus Labs is up by 2.75%, with OI up by 2.1%, breaking its 15-day high. A good entry point might arise with a pullback near support.

Divi's Lab is up 2.61% today, with a significant 7.22% increase in OI, indicating strong long buildup and potential for further gains.
