Team, My View on Recent Spikes In Intraday Moves On Index Expiries - Honestly anybody who have traded Index Derivatives in the last 15 years knows, these things always been there on Expiry days on all Index Derivatives. But the quantum of Spikes have increased over the years. Earlier we had Monthly Expiries, then came weekly & now almost we get to see 1 or other Index Options expiring every day. So, if you closely, Game as always been there, only thing which is common is on the day of Expiry, when there's not much Time value, you get to witness these wild moves.

Honestly, with more Algos in the picture & volumes have gone exponentially in the last few years & now with concentrated markets you can expect these crazy moves to continue & this makes selling in this Markets a Big Disadvantages... even you can have best setups with Proper risk management, 1 or 2 days like today where Index 2 or 3% in a Single Candle can ruin your entire trading career.

Either you adapt or move away from Expiry day trading as a seller. As a Buyer, with these daily moves, probability of winning is much higher & better to make hay while sunshines & stay humble when it's not your day.

As a Scalper, I would love this markets & moves... but it may sound crazy to others. But that's the way Stock Market operates... Someone's Pain Is Your Gain & That's Inevitable. Learn To Live With That. Happy Trading 👍

👉 "Hi Sir, i think i am stuck with a scam. I need your suggestion to understand if it’s scam or not. Kindly help.

I opened a Privilege Account with Techstars Enterprises. It was referred to me by Ram Investment Academy.

I was successful in buying and selling shares and accumulated 1.8 Cr in the Privilege account.

In order to bid for new IPO I borrowed ₹40 lakhs from the Institution by parking a margin amount of ₹8 lakhs

By mistake I used all the money including the 8 lakhs margin to bid the IPO. Shares got allocated and next day I sold the shares and gained profit as well.

All the amount is still in the Privilege account.

But the Institution freezed my account stating that I had breached the contract by using the margin ₹8 lakhs which shouldn’t have been touched.

They are asking me to pay ₹8 lakhs again to officially park it as margin fund.

They are not ready to adjust it against the money of ₹1.8 Cr which is already there in the Privilege account.

They are asking me to pay ₹ 8 lakhs so that they can unfreeze the account and thereafter I can withdraw or do whatever I want. I can withdraw even the ₹8 lakhs.

I am confused if I am stuck in a scam or not.
Not sure why they are hell bent on the ₹8 lakhs.

If they want to scam me then they would have already absconded with the 1.8 Cr which is already there.

Plz suggest. I am worried that all my original investment of ₹31 lakhs is stuck. I am not worried about the profit made. But at least if I can get my original investment back I would be happy.
