🔻🔻🔻Will Asian Paints Repeat the 2008 Crash?🔻🔻🔻
1. Positive Fundamentals of Asian Paints 🌟
Asian Paints remains a strong company fundamentally, backed by its long-standing brand reputation, market leadership in the paints industry, and robust distribution network. The company has demonstrated consistent revenue growth, profitability, and strong cash flow over the years. With its focus on innovation and expansion into related segments, like home décor, Asian Paints is well-positioned to maintain its competitive edge. Additionally, its ability to pass on input cost increases has historically helped it navigate challenging economic periods effectively.
2. Largest Pullback Since 2008 🔻
For the first time in its history, Asian Paints has experienced a 30% decline from its all-time high (ATH), marking its largest pullback since the 2008 financial crisis. Previously, even during downturns, its pullbacks were limited to less than 29% (excluding the 2008 crash). This significant drop is raising concerns about whether this could mark the beginning of a more severe downturn, similar to the 2008 scenario.
3. Approaching Key Long-Term Trendline Support 📉
Asian Paints is now approaching a critical, long-term trendline support level at 2263, which has acted as a strong support in the past. This trendline has been instrumental in helping the stock recover during previous corrections, serving as a solid floor for prices. If this support holds, it could indicate a bounce-back; however, a breach below this level may signal a further downside and add weight to bearish sentiment.
4. Breaking a 3-Year Channel 🕰
The stock has recently broken out of a channel it had been trading within since 2021. This 3-year channel breakdown may indicate a shift in the stock's medium-term trend and could lead to increased selling pressure if key support levels do not hold. The breakdown reflects a change in investor sentiment, raising questions about whether Asian Paints can regain its footing.
Conclusion
While Asian Paints remains a fundamentally strong company, its recent 30% pullback, combined with the trendline test and channel breakdown, raises caution. Investors will closely watch the 2263 support level to determine if this downturn is temporary or part of a more extended bear phase. A decisive move below this level may hint at deeper corrections, echoing patterns seen during the 2008 crash.

❤️❤️❤️To My Bank Nifty Darling - My Biggest Turnaround In Trading Happened In 2016 With The Introduction Of Bank Nifty Weekly Expiry, Till Then Sellers used to Dominate with Monthly Expiry & most of the Trade used to happen in Nifty & BN was traded with Minimal volume. Once the Weekly introduced, Scalpers like me started to believe that with Volatility, we should be able to Enter & Exit quickly, as due to Higher Index value, even 10 or 20 points used to save the day. Though initial 6 months were difficult, I found the Mojo in 2017... If you go back and check my all my Past Mentoring Programs, I used to say BN is my Darling & today will be the last day to say final good bye to her on Weekly expiry & start embracing my new Darling from next week which is gonna be Sensex. Yes, but since it's your First love, you will definitely want to flirt with her on Monthly Expiry, but Sensex is gonna take that place on Daily & Weekly trades. Always you will have a special place in my heart Bank Nifty❤️❤️❤️

The Million Dollar Question Is... Why The SIP Money Is Not Working??? Why is it always FIIs who are able to Take the Markets to either 52 Week Lows or 52 or ATH Highs... There was never a moment in our History, Where Domestic Funds Done either of them... This Shows our Dependency on FIIs... It's harsh reality, if you don't accept that reality, then Short term investors will become a Long Term or Life Term Investors 👍

Those Who are wondering why US Markets are on a Rally, Where our Markets have been sulking due to FII Sell off, one of the answer lies in US Dollar Index. It has been quietly moving from 100 to 107 with Trump winning, momentum is strong. Why would anyone invest in other Emerging economies, when there is hot money that can be made in their own shore. Unless we see a reversal in Dollar Index, difficult to get any major rallies in India by FIIs.

The Current sell off is not the usual one & if I were you... i wouldn't go all in at this juncture... My mantra is simple, keep adding into my Portfolio for every 5% fall with 5 to 10% of my Cash... also I believe we might see stock Specific correction in the next 1 year & several stocks might see further lows, which we can't even think of...
Markets have not even corrected to Election day low & people are already screaming as if this Market has corrected 30 or 40%... Yes, individual stocks have corrected & that pain might continue... even if we see rallies, those rallies will not push much into the stock rallies... Get Ready to witness painful consolidation period for the next 1 to 2 years. Revisit this tweet after 2 years & thank me later😊👍

📉 Will Nifty’s 10% Drop Lead to a Deeper Correction? 📉
In Nifty’s history, a drop of 10% from its all-time high (ATH) has often been a critical turning point. If we break beyond the 12-13% mark, history suggests that we could see an even deeper correction, potentially reaching 25-30%.
🔍 Conclusion: Nifty is at a critical juncture. While past data shows that some pullbacks stabilize after 10%, breaching 12-13% often signals a further decline.
