Current Behaviour of Retail Community Due To So Called Twitter Experts... Please stay away from these Individuals, as they tend to show only Positives & hiding the Negatives
Herding Behavior: People often feel more comfortable following the crowd, assuming that others possess more information and insights. It leads to market bubbles or crashes as entire groups make similar, often irrational, investment choices.

Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway has amassed a record-breaking cash reserve. By the end of the third quarter of 2024, this cash pile reached $325.2 billion, a figure that has continued to grow into early 2025. Reports indicate that by February 22, 2025 (today’s date), Berkshire Hathaway's cash holdings have swelled further to approximately $334 billion.
This massive liquidity stems from Buffett's strategy of selling off significant portions of Berkshire’s stock holdings, such as Apple and Bank of America, while making minimal new investments. In 2024 alone, Berkshire sold $133 billion worth of stocks in the first nine months, far outpacing the $6 billion it spent on new purchases. The cash hoard, heavily invested in U.S. Treasury bills (over $288 billion as of Q3 2024), now represents about 30% of Berkshire’s total assets—the highest proportion since 1990.
Why is Buffett holding so much cash? Several factors are at play. He’s known for his value investing approach, waiting for opportunities to buy quality companies at bargain prices. With the U.S. stock market hitting historic highs—the "Buffett Indicator" (market cap to GDP) at 209%, a level unseen since 1929—he may see current valuations as overinflated, offering little room for attractive deals. Additionally, at 94, Buffett might be preparing a robust war chest for his successor, Greg Abel, or positioning Berkshire to capitalize on a potential market downturn. His past moves, like stockpiling cash before the 2008 crisis, fuel speculation that he’s bracing for economic turbulence—though he’s explicitly said he’s not predicting a crash.
Does this mean trouble’s ahead? Not necessarily. Buffett’s actions reflect patience, not panic—though his caution does contrast with the market’s exuberance. What he does next with this $334 billion could shape Berkshire’s future and signal his read on the economy. Keep an eye on Berkshire’s quarterly results, due today, February 22, 2025.

📉 NIFTY 50 Update 📈
🔻 We can observe a notable drop of over 15% from the All-Time High (ATH) and how the same has played out previously.
🗓 2008
📉 The 15% drop from ATH occurred on January 22.
⚠️ RSI was already in the oversold zone (<30).
📈 As RSI began to bounce from the oversold zone, the price consolidated.
📊 As RSI moved to the overbought zone (May 2, 2008), price corrected.
➡️ New swing low formed on July 1, 2008. The RSI was again in the oversold zone, Followed by consolidation and further correction 📉🔻
🗓 2010
📉 The fall from ATH happened on February 10.
🔄 Same scenario as 2008:
📈 RSI bounce from oversold → Consolidation 🔄
📉 RSI bounce from overbought → Correction 🚨
💡 PRO Tip
✅ Always identify the pullback from the main trend 📈
❌ Avoid interpreting pullbacks or consolidation as a trend reversal ⚠️

Those who are predicting 2008 like crisis, just remember, except Satyam & couple of domestic events... Indian economy was pretty strong & we fell due to Global Pressure at that time. But this time all European & US Markets are near ATH & our Markets are already…
Just read this message again... Who said Investing Is Easy... Next 12 to 24 Months is gonna be tough... This Period will Differentiate Wise Mens Vs Boys... Choose whom you want to be... I can see similar trend to 2008... But only difference is Last time our Markets were Strong & we fell due to Global pressure, this time we are leading the Fall... which is Scary... Hard Times🙏

If you think the current correction in markets is purely due to LTCG, STCG & STT, then only God can save you... This is a cycle & similar to Trading, only 10% survives in Investing in the long run, apart of the above factors. There are some other concerns that are bothering large players... Many Newbees who enter for Lucrative returns in Equity get their hands burnt in the initially couple of years and start to think stock market is a Scam. Markets always reward people who tend to play for Long with Quality Stocks. And yes, you get to see Multibagger returns in some stocks in the long run. The difference between 2008 and 2025 is that this time, domestic funds were able to give clean exits to FIIs who have bought stocks at lower levels and enjoy the rewards after a terrific bull run. More than the Taxes, if India's growth story is strong, whether it's 10 or 15% tax, they will definitely come back once the Valuations are attractive. Still, we have not yet reached June 4th Lows @ for key Indices, which shows many have invested at higher Valuations who are struggling to see the massive drop in their Portfolios.
Let's be brutally honest. The market has cycles, and it can't always have a bull cycle alone. We will see Bear Cycle & more importantly, we will see Time Correction & Consolidation Time as well, before the next Bull run starts.
The current correction is gonna test a lot of new investors who entered the markets after 2020. Even now, those who have invested prior to 2022, their Portfolios will be largely green...
When we see many stocks corrected 40 to 50% from their recent highs, we think they are available at mouth watering levels, but when you see their 3 or 5 year charts, they are still trading at 5X or 10X returns & Valuations doesn't justify the Stock price rise. When the stocks were running high, everyone seemed to be happy, but now almost all Fund Managers & PMS guys are posting views that the government should reduce the taxes.
Always remember, if everyone is encouraged to Trade & Invest in Markets, do you think everyone can make money... It's similar to UPSC or NEET exams. All can study & prepare... only those prepared well with 200% efforts in the Exams will get rewarded. Many have to go back and keep trying. With that being said, if you are looking at Long Term, we might get plenty of good opportunities in markets to invest for this & coming year. Happy Investing😊🫶👍

On the Lighter side...😂😂😂
“What if DIIs and Retail Investors just ghost the market? FIIs would be stuck holding their stocks, yelling, ‘Come on, someone buy—my suitcase is packed, but I can’t leave without a bidder!"'

Another Change... I'm not sure who's gonna win the battle of Change in Expiries... This one doesn't make sense to me... Expiry After Weekend... Hmmm...
My sense is Sensex is gonna be the winner... Nifty will lose more volume... Those Who Trade on 1DTE wouldn't like to carry risk over the weekend...
