With profound sorrow, we announce the passing into eternal rest of our beloved founder, spiritual father, and mentor of the Orthodoxy Cognate PAGE (OCP), established in 2007, Reverend Father Thomas Geevarghese (Subin Achen).
Fr. Thomas Geevarghese was a visionary servant whose dedication, wisdom, and tireless commitment were instrumental in the establishment and growth of OCP since its founding year. His spiritual guidance and unwavering adherence to the Orthodox faith have left an indelible mark on our mission and the lives of countless individuals.
We honor his blessed memory and solemnly affirm our commitment to uphold and continue the noble mission and vision he initiated. We pray that his memory will be eternal and that his soul will rest in the peace and light of the Almighty God.

A Note of Gratitude

On behalf of the Orthodoxy Cognate PAGE Society, we extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who reached out to us with prayers, messages, and words of comfort on the passing of our beloved founder member, Rev. Fr. Thomas Geevarghese (Subin Achen)

Our sincere thanks also go to the Tewahedo Media Center (Ethiopia), various church communities, and all well-wishers who shared their condolences and stood with us in spirit.

We would like to make a special mention of the Believers Eastern Church (Independent Orthodox Church), whose representatives, extended their presence and support in person as per the direction of Metropolitan Theophilos.

In our earlier note, we could only mention a few aspects of Subin Achen’s life and service. However, in the days that followed, we were deeply moved to hear from so many who shared stories of what he had done for the Church, the community, and the people. Each testimony revealed the depth of his love, humility, and dedication.

We once again thank all of you for your respect, love, and reverence toward Aachen. We firmly believe that he will continue to intercede for us and guide us through his prayers from above.
