Welcome to watch PIFGS information updates video. Mr. Mihir Gokhale, Joint Managing Director, PIFGS has important announcements to make here.
Please watch the video carefully and understand the information clearly.

1) First important update :-

PIFGS strictly aligns to the rules and regulations laid out by the Government. Accordingly, it updates its working system from time to time.

As per Govt rules, from Phase 7 onwards, PIFGS will deduct 10% from incomes as TDS and will pay to the Govt. It will also deduct 5% from the income as its service charges. After 15% deductions, the investors will receive 85% amount + principle investment amount on maturity. Deductions will be effective from August 1, 2020.

Investors may claim TDS amount from the Govt through filing an ITR in the following year end.

2) Second important update :-

Actually a GOOD NEWS! PIFGS started its business on March 5, 2020 in a temporary small premises with few staff. Now, it is preparing to shift to a new bigger premises as its office in next 15 days. It is a positive indicator for PIFGS that it is confidently growing and is successful.

3) Third important update :-

As PIFGS is relocating to its new office, the staff are quite busy helping the company to relocate. Hence, PIFGS will not function for 2 weeks from August 4, 2020 to August 18, 2020. PIFGS will do its usual business until August 3, 2020 and it will reopen on August 19, 2020 onwards after a short break.
