🔍 Understanding Breaker Blocks in Trading

A Breaker Block is a powerful price action concept used to identify potential reversals and strong trading zones. It occurs when an Order Block (OB) fails and price breaks in the opposite direction, turning the original OB into a breaker block.

📉 Bearish Breaker Block (Left Side)

Forms when a Bullish Order Block fails.

Price makes Higher Highs (HH), then breaks structure to the downside creating Lower Lows (LL).

The old bullish OB flips into a Bearish Breaker Block, acting as resistance.


📈 Bullish Breaker Block (Right Side)

Forms when a Bearish Order Block fails.

Price makes Lower Lows (LL), then breaks structure upward to create Higher Highs (HH).

The old bearish OB flips into a Bullish Breaker Block, acting as support.
