1) Sync Issue -- Exam window closes at dot exam end time, if you have any question for which answer is marked after end time or your answer is not uploaded to our server due to slow internet at student side, that question will remain in sync forever... After exam end time simply close the window, don't keep phone in your hand for hours... Excluding the value in sync, all answers are submitted automatically.
2) you can also use firefox browser in case if you are not able to start in chrome.
3) Clear your cache before opening the exam portal or use incognito mode in chrome, if you are not able to open exam portal
