💠🔹It is narrated that one day, the Prophet, peace be upon him and his family, turned to his companions and said:
"People! Who among you seeks repentance?"
Everyone replied, "O Messenger of Allah! We all seek repentance."
💠🔹The Prophet said:
◽️Perform ablution and pray four units of prayer, two by two.
🔹In each unit, recite "Al-Hamd" once,
🔹Say "Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad" three times,
🔹Recite "Qul A'udhu birabbil-falaq" once,
🔹And recite "Qul A'udhu birabbin-nas" once.
🔸After completing the prayer, seek forgiveness seventy times,
🔸Concluding with the statement:
"La hawla wala quwwata illa billahil 'aliyyil 'azim"
(There is no power nor strength except through Allah, the Exalted and Mighty).
🔸Then say:
"Ya Azizu, Ya Ghaffaru, ighfirli dhunubi wa dhunuuba jamee'al-mu'minina wal-mu'minat, fa innahu la yaghfiru adh-dhunuba illa anta."
(O Mighty One, O Forgiving One, forgive my sins and the sins of all believing men and women, for none forgives sins except You.)
In conclusion, add:
"These were taught to me by Gabriel on the night of the Ascension."
