▪️There will always be right and wrong, just like Hussein and Yazid.
▪️People have to choose whether they stand with Yazid or with Imam Hussein.
▪️Thus, every person must decide daily if they are on the side of righteousness or falsehood.

From the Tragedy of Karbala to the Tragedy of Palestine

▪️Some people mourn for #ImamHussein but...
▪️They cry for the six-month-old baby of Karbala, but not for the infants of #Gaza.
▪️They weep for Robab, but not for the mothers of Gaza.
▪️They mourn the cries of "Al-Atash" (I am thirsty), but ignore the thirst of Gaza's children.
▪️They give offerings, but not to feed Gaza’s hungry.
▪️They beat their chests for the dismembered body of Hussein, but not for the limbs lost in Gaza.
▪️They cry for the captives, but not for Palestinian prisoners.
▪️They beat their chests for those living in ruins but ignore the plight of Gaza's refugees.
▪️They lament the blood-stained feet in the desert but not the wounded feet on the rubble of Gaza.
▪️They weep for bodies trampled by horses but not for those crushed by tanks.
▪️They curse Yazid and Shimr but not Israel and America.
▪️They curse the people of Kufa who aided Umar ibn Sa'ad but not the Arab leaders who support the Zionists.
▪️They believe in the Karbala and Ashura of 61 AH but ignore the Karbala and Ashura of today.
