This morning, during a meeting with different groups of people, the leader of the Islamic Revolution spoke about recent developments in the region:

In Syria, Martyr Soleimani trained, armed, and organized a group of thousands of their own youth, preparing them for action.
✏️
However, unfortunately, some of the military officials of that country later raised objections and created problems. They abandoned what was in their best interest, which is regrettable. After the defeat of ISIS, some of the forces returned, and others stayed there.

They were present during these events, but as I mentioned, the main battle should have been fought by the army of that country. The militia, which came from elsewhere, can fight alongside the army of that country. If the army shows weakness, the militia can't do much, and unfortunately, this happened.

When the spirit of resistance and perseverance weakens, this is the result. The calamities that Syria faces today—God knows how long they will continue—can hopefully be stopped by the young people of Syria coming into the field. This is due to the weaknesses that were shown there. 12/11/2024
