🔴 Jerry Falwell: Israel is the Benchmark of "God's Judgment"
✍️ Mostafa Amiri
▪️ Jerry Falwell, the American Evangelical pastor and theorist, has a famous statement that we see wholeheartedly reflected in U.S. foreign policy discourse:
"To stand against Israel is to stand against God."
▪️ Why? Because, according to his interpretation of the Bible, a nation's policy towards Israel—whether support or opposition—determines how God will judge it.
Doesn't this rhetoric sound eerily similar to the theme of distinction and confrontation between two camps at the time of the Heavenly Call?
▪️ Indeed, hadiths about the Heavenly Call also mention this confrontation between the Axis of Shi'a Faith and the Axis of the West on the last Friday of Ramadan:
"A caller will call from the direction of the East at dawn: 'O people of guidance, gather!' And a caller will call from the direction of the West after dusk: 'O people of falsehood, gather!'"
— Al-Nili Al-Najafi, Surur Ahl al-Iman, p. 54; Majlisi, Bihar al-Anwar, Vol. 52, p. 274
▪️ The world is rapidly dividing into two camps:
🕊️The Camp of Justice & Palestine
⚡The Camp of Oppression & Israel
