The book Moplah Riots is a detailed account of the 1921 Moplah rebellion which saw forced conversion to Islam, mass murder of Hindus and destruction of Hindu temples.

Pazheri Mahavishnu temple in Wayanad is one of the first temples destroyed by Tipu during his invasion of Kerala.

Our temples serve as nueral networks channelising energy flow within our great nation.

#ReclaimTemples project envisions to restore these energy sources.

Not satisfied by destroying temple, Tipu soldiers kidnapped a Brahmin woman, brought her to the Pazheri Mahavishnu temple and violated her.

They later beheaded her and dumped body in temple well.

Such ruins depict a collective failure of our society. This is one reason why we want to restore as many temples as we can.

Vishnugiri temple in Wayanad Kerala. 152nd ancient destroyed temple documented as part of #ReclaimTemples project.

The temple was destroyed during the invasion of Tipu Sultan.

The small community of Vanavasis has been trying for past twenty five years to restore the temple.

Forest Department however has been refusing to allow the restoration of this ancient temple.

We have been doing many rituals for the restoration of Divinity in ancient destroyed temples which has been defiled centuries back.

Many people has been supporting us for the restoration of ancient temples. While they get the blessings of the Deity and good karma, we have been thinking if we can do anything more for our esteemed patrons.

One suggestion that came up was to do certain Yajnas exclusively for the welfare of our supporters and their families.

The restoration of the ancient Ayinikkattu Mahavishnu temple in Palakkad Kerala is complete. When we first discovered, the Mahavishnu Vigraha was languishing amidst the ruins.

We are handing over the temple to local community on 14 July 2022.

The restoration of Keezhsserry Mahavishnu temple is complete.

The temple will be handed over to the village community in a function that will be held in temple premises today in the presence of devotees.

This temple is near to Ayinikkattu Mahavishnu temple and restoration of both temples were undertaken simultaneously inorder to save time, cost and efforts.

Keezhsserry Mahavishnu temple and Ayinikkattu Mahavishnu temple was handed over to village community at a function attended by devotees.

The projects #KL011 and #KL012 has thus concluded.

UgraNarasimha Charitable Trust has thus successfully restored six ancient temples till date. The restoration of five more ancient temples are ongoing.

We will also accelerate efforts to strengthen the Divinities and spiritual energies at all our temples.
