Malik Sarang Masjid in Ahmedabad rises from the ruins of a Hindu temple, its sacred pillars and carvings forced into a structure that turned worship into conquest. Yet, the ASI maintains it without even a disclaimer of its true origins. Silence in the face of such evidence isn’t neutrality, it’s complicity in erasing history.

Haibat Khan’s Mosque, Ahmedabad—built in the 15th century by Haibat Khan, a noble of Ahmad Shah I—stands on pillars and carvings taken from earlier Hindu-Jain temples. Its motifs remain unmistakably Hindu, silently narrating a story of erasure and replacement.
Today, the ASI protects it as a Monument of National Importance (N-GJ-40)—yet official narratives barely acknowledge the temple origins. Why this silence on the heritage it replaced?

Kotwali Darwaza at Gaur is more than a ruined gateway, it carries the silence of a temple that once stood here. A place of worship was turned into a boundary of power, leaving behind a story of loss and resilience.

The next Indian Republic should arise out of the ashes of the Great Kingdoms like Vijayanagara who fought the invaders and went down with honour.

May the Great Goddess give us the strength for the battles ahead.

The sacred spaces, the land and the people; these three pillars reflect the strength of a civilization. If you work on strengthening any one, it will automatically strengthen the other two.

Hindu civilization has been declining and degrading over the past thousand years. This has to be reversed by reclaiming the temples, the land and the people.

The countless invasions, partition and riots point that our society never prepared for eventualities. This should change.
There is no better way to maintain peace than preparing for war.

The revival of Cholakkara Durga temple in Malappuram is the triumph of Dharma over all evil. Innumerable hurdles had to be overcome to revive this ancient temple destroyed during the 1921 Moplah riots.

Thanks to all who supported and contributed to make this happen. Thanks to Shri Girish Kaimal for contributing the ceiling of the temple in the name of his parents Shri GopalaKrishnan Kaimal and Smt Radha Kaimal.

Restoration of the temple till the ceiling is complete, the work of the temple kitchen is ongoing. We will complete the rest of the restoration work and restart worship of Cholakkara Durga Devi soon.

Sayyid Alam Ki Masjid stands as a striking example of how sacred Hindu architecture was torn down and rebuilt to serve another faith.
The mosque’s ornate pillars, brackets, and carvings bear clear marks of temple craftsmanship — silent witnesses to the desecration of an ancient shrine and the endurance of a civilization that refuses to forget.

In the quiet village of Midnapore stands the Karambera Garh Masjid — a structure whose walls conceal a painful truth.
Archaeological evidence clearly shows that this mosque was built over a desecrated Shiva temple. Fragments of the Shivalinga and carved temple stones remain embedded within its foundation — mute witnesses of what once was a sacred abode of Mahadev.
Yet, despite such unmistakable signs, the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) maintains no disclaimer, no acknowledgement, no explanation.

Hindu civilisation is decaying because its sacred energy centers, temples are in ruins and Gods are neglected.

Restoration is only a part, more difficult is awakening and strengthening of Deity at temples.

This is possible only by adherence to exact rituals.

At Poa Masjid, Hajo — where Mir Lutufullah built over an ancient Hindu shrine — the whispers of old mantras still breathe through the stones. A place where faith changed, but the spirit of the land endures.

Once a thriving Hindu capital, Champaner’s sacred stones were repurposed after Sultan Mahmud Begada’s conquest in 1484 CE. Over 170 temple pillars and motifs from Shaivite and Jain shrines still whisper the story of the lost temples beneath.

Delhi: City of Yoginis

The Hindu character of Delhi has been lost due to almost one thousand years of foreign invasions and occupations. The remnant of its Hindu character is Goddess Yogamaya and Her temple in the heart of Delhi.

The revival of Delhi's Hindu Heritage is linked to the times when Goddess Yogamaya was the Presiding Deity worshipped widely in Delhi.

"Delhi: City of Yoginis" retraces the ancient Hindu Heritage and the spiritual past of Delhi, working towards its revival.

What we see today as the Jami Masjid in Kurnool quietly carries whispers of an older past. Beneath its arches and domes lie pillars with carvings, reused stone bases, and temple-style symmetry — traces that tell the story of a once-sacred Hindu shrine transformed over time into a mosque. Yet, the ASI remains silent, offering no on-site disclaimer or acknowledgment of these visible remnants of temple architecture. How long will these erased chapters of our heritage be left unspoken?

Located in Malda, West Bengal, the 15th-century Eklakhi Masjid is believed to stand atop the ruins of an ancient Hindu temple. The reused carved stones and temple-style brick patterns around its base hint at a sanctum that once existed here. Yet, despite clear traces of earlier heritage, the ASI has made no effort to investigate or preserve the remnants — leaving history buried beneath silence. Follow: @ReclaimTemples

The Dargah of Shah Musa Qadiri in Hyderabad, Telangana was raised upon the remains of a Hindu temple that once stood here- represented in the intricate carvings, reused pillars, and foundational alignments. These remnants hint that the temple was likely dedicated to shiva, upon which this mosque stands today. As always, the ASI has shown no initiative to investigate or preserve the site’s deeper origins. Why does the ASI continue to look away?
