Govindanahalli which is about 4 kms from Kikkeri is another classical example of Hoysala art. It is the only Panchakuta temple which is constructed by the Hoysalas during 12th century by the famous sculptor Ruvari Mallitamma.

Revival of Kottappadam Srirama temple:

The stones are being polished. The stones found intact in the temple ruins were cleaned and set again. Broken artefacts were replaced.
