District Collector Shanavas IAS banned the ancient rituals at the Kodungallur Bhadrakali temple in Kerala and has deployed police force to block the devotees from performing same.

Jami Masjid Khambhat Gujarat was once Shakunika Vihar, a Jain temple built by Princess Sudarshana. In 1299 AD Muslim ruler Alauddin Khilji destroyed the temple sculptures and converted it into Masjid.

Past few years, we have been visiting the rural villages, travelling through forests and hills to locate the ancient Hindu temples that were destroyed by Tipu Sultan.
More than 125 ancient temples were thus located and documented. The restoration of nine temples has been undertaken of which three has been completed.

UgraNarasimha Charitable Trust had moved Supreme Court for annulment of Places of Worship Act and it has been pending since July 2020. For some reason, the Supreme Court had considered the petition of Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay first and have admitted petition and issued notices.
Nevertheless it is a welcome development. And our petition we expect to be tagged and heard along with this.
Our objective would be to present the court with the evidences of Islamic occupation of Hindu temples and how Hindu society have been denied justice ever since the Islamic invasion.
We thank everyone who have supported us till date.

Vishnu Shankar Jain had first moved petition to annul Places of Worship Act in June 2020.
For some reason the Supreme Court didn't admit petition or issue notice, they kept it pending. In meantime, various Muslim organisations were moving Supreme Court to get the petition rejected without admission. They were getting heard by the Supreme Court.
Situation was very fickle as rejection of petition means Places of Worship can't be questioned in any court of law, neither in Supreme Court again.
No Hindu organisation was impleading in the petition and situation was getting precarious in our view.
This is the background in which UgraNarasimha Charitable Trust impleaded in the petition in July 2020. The Supreme Court registry didn't process our petition for close to a month by giving various reasons. Finally it got processed only in August.
Various Hindu organisations also moved court shortly afterwards which is a good move.
This is an important litigation more important than Ram Mandir. While RamMandir litigation was about a single Mandir, Places of Worship Act is about 40,000+ Hindu temples and also 40,000+ hectares of land and property which belongs to them.
Hopefully everybody will recognise the importance of annulling Places of Worship Act.
