What to do if the blockchain is not uploaded?

When trying to log into their accounts, users may face a data loading problem, when the process stops and the application remains in this state without any progress. So, let's figure out why this happens and what to do in such a situation.

⁉️ Why does this happen?
There are several possible reasons for this situation:
🔷 Connection problems, or features of your mobile operator.
🔷 Connection is restricted by the system or other programs, for example, antivirus, firewall, etc.
🔷 Restrictions set by the users themselves, for example, at the first launch, a ban on writing data to disk was set.

❗️ How to solve the problem?
Here are some tips that may help solve the problem:
🔷 Make sure there is a stable connection. To do this, look in the upper right corner of the application window. If there is a red dot there, it means you have no connection to the Internet.
🔷 Make sure there are no restrictions on data exchange for the node application anywhere in the system settings; if necessary, temporarily disable the antivirus or firewall.
🔷 If there are no connection problems, click on the button with three dots and select the “Delete blockchain” option. After deleting all underloaded data, the system will start loading again.
🔷 If the data does not load, change your Internet provider, for example, by switching from mobile Internet to Wi-Fi on your smartphone, or to another connection point.
🔷 We also recommend you to update the Relictum Node application to the latest version, since using an outdated version can also cause data loading failures.

If all these measures can't solve the problem, please contact our support team at: support@relictum.pro. In your request, please indicate the version of the application and attach a screenshot.

How to transfer node to another device

❓ Is your smartphone broken or lost, or do you want to replace it with a new one, or maybe you no longer want to work with the Relictum node on your smartphone, but do everything on your PC? You need to transfer your node to another device.

ℹ️ Your Relictum Pro account is tied to the device on which you installed the application and registered in the system, so simply downloading a new installation file and logging into your account with your username and password on another device will not work. You can transfer the node with your private key.

🗂 The procedure for transferring a node to another device

1️⃣ When creating an account in Relictum Pro, the application also creates a private key (a sequence of 232 letters and numbers), which must be saved either as a file in *.pk format, or as a text document, or written down on paper. This key is required to restore access and transfer your account to another device.

2️⃣ If you forget where your private key is, or it is lost, you must generate a new one. To do this, go to the “Settings” menu on the bottom panel of the node, then select “Export” and set a PIN code (required to decrypt the key, also must be saved or kept in mind).

3️⃣ Next, download the installation file on the new device (link), and after installation is complete, select “Import” (private key) in the authorization menu. Enter your PIN code and character sequence - the key, either by importing it from a file or by writing it manually from the keyboard.

✔️ If you did everything correctly, your node will be transferred to the new device, but it will be lost on the old one.

❗️ The private key is one-time use. If you have already used it, the key becomes inactive, and you need to immediately generate a new one. It is better to store several copies of this key in different places.
