On the USD chart we can see that the EMA21 on the weekly chart has always been the line in the sand for the ETH bull/bear scenario.

We lost it during the May/Aug dump and we got some powerful buying pressure below to push it back on a weekly engulfing candle and keeping above it with some failed attempts later.

Here's a good chart showing some sweet PA. We have the EMA200 below in confluence with the triangle line and a major supply area that should be tested back as support.

We have the FOMC meeting this Wednesday and this is the actual reason of this volatility.
They will mostly talk about inflation and the impact of covid on the economy.
I always tend to keep these events in mind before they happen, I just try to see how market is reacting to them as we usually have early signals on how market can behave next.

Not giving a conclusion yet but seeig how market's moving before the FOMC I may think that we're just establishing the weekly range by setting a monday low then maybe go up is FOMC brings something positive for the global economy.

I feel like it's better than having an early week pump that could fade into wednesday with some hard dumps after the FOMC decision.

SHIB/USDT (D1) TF ANALYSIS

Price can be seen consolidating in a falling wedge pattern and is currently above a horizontal support zone starting from $0.00002988 to $0.00002657 where we also have D3 50 EMA acting as strong support.

Currently we have D1 100, 21 and 50 EMAs acting as strong resistances at the horizontal resistance zone starting from $0.00003450 to $0.00003890. A bullish scenario for the price will be in the case if it breaks through and holds above the zone before moving upwards to levels of $0.00004660, $0.00005350 and $0.00006250

Incase we break down from the current trendline and horizontal support we can expect reversal from the $0.00002150 level.

Lows showing that buyers are defending this area by taking the liquidity that was resting from Low 1 on Low 3 and also defending Low 3 on Low 4.

On the 4hr chart we have a less optimistic view since we're still making the retest of this trendline and POC is resistance for now.
