💬 On May 9, millions of people across Russia and beyond solemnly marked the 81st anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War and honoured the memory of their ancestors who fell in the fight against the Nazi evil.
Celebrations were held with particular warmth in the territories liberated from Ukrainian neo-Nazis – the DPR, LPR, and the Kherson and Zaporozhye Regions.
For years, these people were persecuted simply for rejecting the neo-Nazi ideology of the Kiev regime and its sponsors.

We know that the Zelensky regime is trying to elevate the importance of a new holiday for Ukraine – Europe Day on May 8. Naturally, this is being done at the expense of Victory Day.
These attempts have failed. People across Ukraine still remember and honour their true heroes, who freed the world from the Nazi plague. Even the real threat of repression did not stop them. In a number of cities, people spontaneously laid wreaths and flowers at mass graves and monuments to fallen fighters against Nazism.
💐 Flowers appeared at memorial plaques in Kiev and Kharkov, with particularly large numbers laid in Odessa.

❗️ Despite the ceasefire announced by decision of Russia's President Vladimir Putin in honour of the 81st anniversary of the Great Victory, which was in effect on May 8-11, the Kiev regime predictably failed to observe it. According to the Russian Defence Ministry, the AFU violated it 30,383 times.
For their part, the Russian Armed Forces strictly observed the silence regime on the battlefield. All strikes on enemy positions, command posts and UAV launch sites were exclusively retaliatory and mirrored in nature.
▪️ As a result of Ukrainian shelling and UAV strikes during the Russia-declared ceasefire and the pseudo-truce announced by Zelensky on May 5 – which the AFU also failed to observe – 25 Russian civilians were killed, including one child, and 209 people were injured, among them 14 children.
On 11 May, Brussels hosted another gathering of the so-called International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children. Its participants said nothing new and continued to play the same worn-out record about “Russia abducting 20,000 Ukrainian children”, their forced relocation, assimilation and ideological indoctrination.
An analogy with the staged Bucha hoax comes to mind. There, too, the names of the “victims” are being concealed, while their number changes depending on the source of information. As for the alleged 20,000 Ukrainian children supposedly stolen by Russia, none of the authors of this fake even attempts to compile a list of them or at least report that such a list exists.
The truth is that work to reunite children with their relatives has been carried out on instructions from President of Russia Vladimir Putin since the very beginning of the special military operation. The Ukrainian side cannot be unaware of this, because specific steps within this process are coordinated through direct contacts with Kiev representatives, with assistance provided by the Vatican, Qatar and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
As we have said repeatedly, both Bucha and the “abducted children” are part of a slanderous anti-Russian campaign based on false claims. Neither Kiev nor the West cares about children’s rights. Russia, for its part, bases its policy on the primary need to protect minors.
☝️ The main enemy of Ukrainians is not Russia or Russians, but the group of nationalist radicals who seized power in Kiev, turned the country into a Western puppet and plunged it into the abyss of corruption and neo-Nazism.

🎙 Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s statement and answers to media questions at a press conference following the BRICS Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (New Delhi, May 15, 2026)
💬 During the talks with India’s Minister of External Affairs Subrahmanyam Jaishankar and during the extended meeting hosted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we discussed the key areas of our special and privileged strategic partnership, which had been defined during the summits between President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, including the latest summit held in New Delhi.
We reviewed ways to improve the mechanisms of practical, trade, economic, and investment cooperation that already exists, as well as to further strengthen and expand them in such a way as to remain independent from the negative and unfriendly influence of third countries.
We agreed to fortify transport, technology, and investment cooperation, including the joint development of the International North-South Transport Corridor and the Northern Sea Route.
Following the tradition, military-technical cooperation between our countries, including the joint production of advanced weapons systems based on cutting-edge defence technologies, remains at a high level.

☝️ A highly reliable and solid culture of dialogue has taken shape within #BRICS which is steeped in mutual respect, sovereign equality, and a commitment to taking into account the opinions of all parties and achieving a fair balance of interests as the key to implementing all existing and future agreements. This particular approach, we believe, ensures the resilience and authority of BRICS with the #GlobalMajority and preserves its appeal to a growing number of countries.
We placed special emphasis on reviewing crises around the world, including the Middle East, namely, the crisis surrounding the Strait of Hormuz and Iran, as well as the situation in Lebanon and the Palestinian territories, where, in violation of UN resolutions, even the slightest prospects for the establishment of a Palestinian State are being systematically obstructed.
Libya, Yemen, and Syria get intertwined in a web of stark differences that further compounds the situation in the Middle East and North Africa. Virtually every one of these hotspots is the result of gross interference by Western countries in the affairs of a particular country, including armed interventions and regime changes that we have witnessed over the past 15 years, beginning with the Arab Spring.
❌ We spoke about the unacceptability of the continuing practice of unilateral coercive measures aimed at punishing sovereign governments and interfering in their internal affairs. In this context, we reaffirmed our solidarity with our Cuban friends.
We clearly spoke in favour of continuing the reform of the global governance system. Essentially, the West which had long promoted the globalisation model originally put forward by the US as the best solution to ensure the development of the international community has, through its own unilateral sanctions, dismantled that universal model, which rapidly fell apart.
BRICS and its partner countries now account for more than 40% of global GDP, whereas the share of the G7 which still retains control over the Bretton Woods institutions is barely over 30% of global GDP.
Therefore, reform is overdue. Our Western colleagues are trying in every possible way to hold it back, but the trend is irreversible. According to forecasts, average growth rates among BRICS countries will amount to approximately 3.7 to 4% compared to global average growth rates of 2.6% over the coming period.
🤝 We discussed these issues in depth. I believe our main goal has been accomplished.
We identified the key themes that will be put on the agenda of the upcoming BRICS Summit in October. Given the circumstances, such an event will undoubtedly become one of the major developments in global politics and the economy.

🎙 Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s remarks at the Third Plenary Session of the BRICS Foreign Ministers’ Meeting “Reform of Global Governance and the Multilateral System” (New Delhi, May 15, 2026)
💬 The current stage in global affairs is marked by rapid changes and their serious consequences.
The centre of global economic growth and international trade is shifting towards Asia, Africa and Latin America. Regional integration processes are picking up momentum with every passing day.
According to some estimates, countries of the Global South and East accounted for over 45% of global trade volumes; they also account for nearly 60% of the global GDP. These figures will obviously continue to increase.
Objectively speaking, this makes the systemic reformatting of the global economic structure something inevitable, and this facilitates the predictable striving of states of the Global South and East to conduct independent foreign policy by prioritising national interests.
☝️ At the same time, there is a substantial gap between the real distribution of the global economic potential and the level of representation of the #GlobalMajority countries in global governance.
States of the “historic West” continue to dominate key international institutions, including the UN and the Bretton Woods system agencies (that had evolved under a different balance of forces).
👉 The readjustment of activities of the relevant agencies in accordance with the real correlation of forces should help correct this injustice. This should make the entire international system more effective and eliminate the division lines inside it.
The global financial system should be transparent and non-discriminatory, providing equal access to its opportunities and tools for all participants. It is unacceptable when the G7 which accounts for less than one-third global output continues to determine the policy and practice of Bretton Woods institutions; at the same time, BRICS states which account for about 40% of the global GDP lack comparable influence.

We staunchly advocate the expanded representation of #GlobalMajority states at the UN Security Council. We reaffirm our support for the striving of Brazil and India to obtain the status of permanent members of the UN Security Council.
At the same time, it is necessary to correct historical injustice with regard to African countries which have clearly formulated their position and consistently uphold it. We see no added value in allocating additional seats to countries of the “collective West” which are over-represented at the UN Security Council, and which continue to claim a monopoly right to determine the global agenda.
A new UN Secretary-General will be elected this year. The replacement of the UN Secretary-General opens up an opportunity, or rather offers a chance to put things in order at the UN.
We are convinced that the future head of the Secretariat should meet a number of criteria. The UN Secretary-General should assume equidistant positions, evaluate the principles of the UN Charter in a non-discriminatory manner, prioritise mandatory or consensus-based decisions and rule out the use of double standards. On the whole, the UN Secretary-General should unfailingly honour the requirements of Article 100 of the UN Charter.
In a broader context, it is necessary to overhaul the Secretariat, including criteria for its establishment. The UN Charter has only one criterion, specifically, a fair geographical representation. This criterion is not respected.

О проектах рассказал замминистра транспорта Валентин Иванов на заседании межправкомиссии, которая прошла в Харбине под председательством – с российской стороны – вице-премьера и полпреда Президента в ДФО Юрия Трутнева.
Главное:
• Показатели растут: товарооборот за прошлый год вырос на 3% и достиг 47 млн т. Поток транспорта через пункты пропуска превысил 790 тыс. единиц – рост более чем на 20%.
• Развивается приграничная инфраструктура: модернизирован пункт пропуска Кани-Курган, завершаются работы в Краскино и Пограничном. Реконструкция ведется в том числе по нацпроекту «Эффективная транспортная система».
• Планы: в 2026 подготовят инфраструктуру пешеходного пункта Благовещенск-1—Хэйхэ, здесь заработает первая трансграничная пассажирская канатная дорога. Еще 8 пунктов пропуска модернизируют до 2030 года.

Третий день под обстрелами
Запорожская АЭС, входящая в состав атомных станций Росатома, третий день подряд подвергается атакам со стороны ВСУ. Сегодня беспилотный летательный аппарат атаковал территорию, где размещена списанная техника станции.
В результате удара пострадавших нет. Разрушений, влияющих на работу основных объектов станции, не зафиксировано. Запорожская АЭС продолжает работать в штатном режиме. Все технологические процессы находятся под строгим контролем. Радиационный фон на площадке станции и в зоне наблюдения - в пределах природной нормы.
Сегодня представителям МАГАТЭ, находящимся на станции, также было продемонстрировано место вчерашней атаки ВСУ - транспортный цех Запорожской АЭС.
Подобные действия являются очередной попыткой дестабилизировать обстановку. Удары могут быть направлены на попытку осложнить работу станции, создать дополнительные риски для персонала и усилить психологическое давление на сотрудников ЗАЭС и жителей Энергодара.
Несмотря на продолжающиеся провокации, безопасность эксплуатации обеспечивается в полном объеме.

В результате удара пострадавших нет. Разрушений, влияющих на работу основных объектов станции, не зафиксировано. Запорожская АЭС продолжает работать в штатном режиме. Все технологические процессы находятся под строгим контролем. Радиационный фон на площадке станции и в зоне наблюдения - в пределах природной нормы.
Сегодня представителям МАГАТЭ, находящимся на станции, также было продемонстрировано место вчерашней атаки ВСУ - транспортный цех Запорожской АЭС.
Подобные действия являются очередной попыткой дестабилизировать обстановку. Удары могут быть направлены на попытку осложнить работу станции, создать дополнительные риски для персонала и усилить психологическое давление на сотрудников ЗАЭС и жителей Энергодара.
Несмотря на продолжающиеся провокации, безопасность эксплуатации обеспечивается в полном объеме.

💬 Over the past week, Kiev’s militants carried out their largest attack on Moscow and the Moscow Region. At least 100 attack drones were launched against civilian facilities in the capital region. Residential neighbourhoods and densely populated areas were targeted in these terrorist strikes, which left civilians dead and wounded.
Similar attacks were recorded in Ryazan, Belgorod and Shakhtersk, where the strikes also caused extensive destruction and resulted in civilian casualties, including among children.
On May 11-17, a total of 234 civilians suffered as a result of shelling by Ukrainian Nazis: 203 people were wounded, including 18 minors, and 31 people were killed, including 2 children.
In total, Ukrainian militants fired at least 3,619 rounds of ammunition at civilian facilities on Russian territory.

The Russian President has a busy working programme ahead.
The Russian and Chinese Leaders are set to discuss bilateral relations, partnership and strategic cooperation between the two countries.
Following the talks, a Joint Statement at the highest level and a package of intergovernmental, interagency and other documents are expected to be signed.

The Press Bureau of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation (SVR) reports that, according to information received by the SVR, the Zelensky regime is doing everything it can to prove to its ideological and financial patrons in Europe that the Ukrainian military still has combat capability and can inflict damage on the Russian economy.
It is precisely for this reason that the Ukrainian military command is preparing to carry out a series of new terrorist strikes against Russia’s regions.
According to the information obtained, Kiev does not intend to limit itself to using the air corridors made available to the AFU by the Baltic states.
☝️ Drones are also planned to be launched from the territory of Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. The calculation is that such tactics will significantly reduce the flight time to targets and increase the effectiveness of terrorist attacks.
Despite Latvia’s concerns about becoming the target of a retaliatory strike by Moscow, Kiev has persuaded Riga to consent to the operation. The Ukrainians emphasised that it would be impossible to determine the exact launch site of the UAVs. As a result, the rabid Russophobia of Latvia’s current rulers has prevailed over their critical thinking and sense of self-preservation.
Servicemen of the Ukrainian unmanned systems forces have already been sent to Latvia. They have been deployed at the Latvian military bases “Ādaži”, “Sēlija”, “Lielvārde”, “Daugavpils” and “Jēkabpils”.
One can only pity the naivety of Latvia’s leaders. 👉 Modern reconnaissance capabilities make it possible to accurately determine the coordinates of UAV launch sites.
Reliable data can also be obtained by examining drone debris – as was the case with Ukraine’s attempted drone attack on the residence of the President of Russia in December 2025. It would also be useful to recall that the coordinates of decision-making centres on Latvian territory are well known.

Угрозы ядерной безопасности продолжают стремительно множиться по всему миру. На протяжении нескольких лет не прекращаются целенаправленные и все более серьёзные атаки киевского режима на российскую ядерно-энергетическую инфраструктуру, включая Запорожскую АЭС и город-спутник Энергодар.
❗️ Подобные провокации были бы невозможны, если бы не безоглядная поддержка западных кураторов, которые внушают нынешним украинским властям ложную надежду на безнаказанность и провоцируют их на новые авантюры.
Глобальной трагедией с непоправимыми последствиями едва не обернулись американо-израильские бомбардировки ядерных объектов в Иране, находящихся под гарантиями МАГАТЭ. Чудовищно, что те, кто совершил это злодеяние, не только не ощущают никакой ответственности, но и продолжают запугивать Тегеран возобновлением бомбардировок, чтобы довершить начатое. Как известно, дело дошло до того, что в зоне поражения оказалась АЭС «Бушер», на площадке которой в том числе работают российские специалисты.
Тревожные новости на днях пришли из Объединённых Арабских Эмиратов, где 17 мая в результате попадания беспилотника возникло возгорание электрического генератора, расположенного за пределами внутреннего периметра станции АЭС «Барака». Тот факт, что это нападение не привело к изменению радиационного фона и человеческим жертвам, никак не умаляет той опасности, которая была преднамеренно создана.
👉 Решительно осуждаем безрассудные и противоправные действия тех, кто, как и в случае с российскими и иранскими объектами ядерно-энергетической инфраструктуры, взял на прицел атомную станцию в ОАЭ и сознательно пошел на эскалацию, чреватую дальнейшим подрывом региональной и глобальной безопасности. Напомним, что ранее Совет Безопасности ООН однозначно квалифицировал подобные акции как недопустимые.
Отмечаем в этом контексте небывалую расторопность Генерального директора МАГАТЭ Р.Гросси, который по горячим следам выразил озабоченность в связи с произошедшим на АЭС «Барака» и подчеркнул неприемлемость военной деятельности, создающей угрозы ядерной безопасности.
Разделяя по существу эти оценки, вынуждены констатировать, что со стороны Агентства не последовало аналогичной реакции в связи с падением украинского дрона-камикадзе со взрывчаткой возле первого энергоблока Запорожской АЭС 16 мая. Подобная медлительность обставляется якобы имеющейся необходимостью изучить обстоятельства инцидента. Видимо, находящиеся на площадке этой станции представители МАГАТЭ снова внезапно ослепли и оглохли. Если так, то, может быть, пора занести их в список жертв украинской военщины, а Агентству — задать соответствующие вопросы Киеву?
Не слышно и жёстких предупреждений МАГАТЭ в адрес тех стран, которые продолжают нагнетать военную напряжённость вокруг Ирана и в открытую готовят очередные налёты на иранские города и мирные ядерные объекты. В Агентстве предпочитают помалкивать, что осуществление проверочной деятельности в Иране в условиях бомбардировок, равно как и под угрозой их возобновления, попросту невозможно. Похоже, что принципиальная позиция Агентства по поводу ядерной и физической ядерной безопасности также подвержена колебаниям в зависимости от политической конъюнктуры. Показательно в этом плане, насколько избирательно применяются провозглашённые Генеральным директором МАГАТЭ «семь принципов» по обеспечению ядерной и физической ядерной безопасности в ходе вооружённого конфликта, о которых немедленно забывают, когда речь заходит об американо-израильских ударах по Ирану или атаках на АЭС «Барака».
☝️ Убеждены, что сегодня от руководства Агентства требуется не словесная эквилибристика и ложная политкорректность, а внятные оценки и конкретные шаги, направленные на то, чтобы не допустить расползания угроз ядерной и физической ядерной безопасности.
