The main points related to the second meeting held in DoPT today are as follows:-
1. Discussion on exam agency (TCS or Eduquity): DoPT clarified that it is their responsibility to decide which agency will conduct the exam. The agency will not be changed, but the processes will definitely be improved.
2. Regarding postponement of CGL exam: Officials said that the exam will not be postponed. However, they assured that the mistake like Selection Post will not be repeated again. (It is possible that if it takes time to correct it, it may be postponed)
3. Regarding exam center: DoPT's attitude on this issue was completely positive. They assured that now the candidates will not be given far-flung centers.
4. Railway recruitment issue: No official from the railway was present in the meeting, so the answer could not be found on this issue. DoPT said that a representative of the railway will be present in the next meeting and then it will be discussed.
