Once again, Scottish High invited all new parents to an informative and engaging βAt-Homeβ orientation session for the academic year 2025-26. Designed to be an ice-breaker, the 'At-Home' session is highly recommended for parents new to the Scottish High community. It gives them a perfect opportunity to have all their questions answered and to gain a better understanding of the academic programs at Scottish High.
This year too, the session served as a valuable window for all new parents to connect with the school members, learn about the curriculum, facilities, policies, sources of information and assistance, and the overall academic and social environment of the school.

IB DP/CP Core Components Awareness Session- Well Received by Our Highlanders
An engaging Core Components Awareness Session was conducted for our Grade XI IB DP and CP students, introducing them to the fundamental pillars of the International Baccalaureate.
From a buzzing round of CAS Human Bingo that got everyone moving and mingling, to powerful reflections on how TOK challenges thinking, CAS inspires action, and the EE sparked deep inquiry β the session was all about connection, curiosity, and growth.
For our Career-related Programme (CP) students, the session also explored key components: the Reflective Project (RP), Personal and Professional Skills (PPS), Community Engagement (CE), and Language and Cultural Studies (LCS).
Through interactive discussions led by core coordinators and teachers, supported by real-world examples, students gained valuable insights into each component and understood how these elements enrich their journey both within and beyond the classroom.
