The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries - developed and developing - in a global partnership. Keeping this in mind, Group 3 conducted an activity based on Sustainable Development goals for the students of grade 12 IBDP on 16th February 2023. Students were highly appreciative of their own learning outcomes and eager to engage in the SDGs parallel reflection process.

The Front Desk Programme of Nursery had the enthusiastic Highlanders of Scottish High International School showcasing their journey of learning with much aplomb. The students regaled the parents with their growing conceptual understanding through role plays, quiz, action rhymes and songs. The confident learners also gave a glimpse of how social, emotional and physical well-being is supported in classrooms through their group performances in games and dance and much more, leaving the parents truly mesmerized. Bravo!

The celebrations got even more colourful as the academic and admin cricket lovers flaunted their cricket skills at the school ground- followed by multi-coloured 'Holi Milan' and a hearty indulgence of sweets and refreshments.

Commencing with a range of activities to warm up, the tiny tots flexed their muscles on a round of Zumba beats before hitting the track for the final race and competitions. Likewise, the sports meet also inspired a cluster of teachers to put on their running shoes and outpace their opponents in an unconventional hit-the-ball race.
From the word go to the podium finish, the Annual Meet 2023 was a brilliant display of little Highlandersโ athletic skills and competitive strength.
