Keeping this in mind, an online additional language orientation program was conducted for the parents of Grade 3 on 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝟏𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, with the aim to guide the parents to make an informed decision regarding the selection of an additional language for the upcoming session 2025-26.

Through our Cozy Care initiative, we proudly collected 10 cartons of pre-loved warm clothing—jackets, coats, fleece, trousers, socks, baby clothes, mufflers, and sweaters. These heartfelt contributions were handed over to 𝐍𝐆𝐎 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬, ensuring they reach underprivileged communities and bring comfort to many during this chilly season. By participating in this drive, our students not only warmed bodies but also nurtured their own hearts with the values of empathy, generosity, and social responsibility.

Together, we continue to make the world a kinder place, one step at a time.

REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATION

The 𝟕𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐚𝐲 was celebrated in all its solemnity and grandeur at SHIS.

The school echoed with patriotic fervour as the NCC Cadets demonstrated a drill with heads held high with pride to exhibit their enthusiasm and affection as a tribute to our National Flag. The celebrations began with the hoisting of the Indian flag by our esteemed School Principal, Dr. Sanjay Sachdeva. The entire school courtyard reverberated with the rhythmic beats of songs sung by the school choir group followed by the enthralling self composed poem recitation by a Highlander to further embellish the momentous occasion.

To showcase their tribute as a mark of respect and love towards our nation the students presented various enthralling dance performances, displaying their laudable coordination and talent. The students saluted the National Flag and pledged to uphold the honour and integrity of the country.
