Expert talk sessions were organized for the students of Middle and Senior School. A representative from Pratham, Mr. Ritesh Jain, conducted a session on scholarships with Grades XI and XII; and a session on summer programmes with Grades IX and X. In these sessions, students were oriented of the various national and international scholarships which they can avail for college admissions. They were also made aware about the conditions and requirements to avail these scholarships. Grades IX and X were oriented about the national and international summer programmes which they can apply for. Eligibility criterias, documents required and other admission requirements were discussed with the students.

Our highlanders had the privilege of interacting with Mr. Matthias Stรคhle, Head of Zfa (Central Agency for German Schools Abroad). The aim of the interaction was to help the students to understand the German culture and DSD I and DSD II (International German examination).
Mr. Stรคhle began the session by introducing himself and discussing his background in education and culture. He emphasized the importance of understanding different cultures in today's globalized world and how it can help students perform better in international examinations.
The interaction continued with a discussion on the German education system and he emphasized on awakening interest and enthusiasm for Germany and motivating young people to learn German.
The students were then given an opportunity to ask questions, and they enthusiastically engaged with Mr. Stรคhle. They asked about the role of technology in Germany, higher education in Germany, economy of Germany and so on.
Overall, the interaction with Mr. Matthias Stรคhle was an enriching experience for the students, who gained valuable insights into the German culture and education system. It helped them to broaden their horizons and it helped them to understand the benefits of learning German in the globalized world.

Social Science Department and School Counselling Department organised a screening of ZEE TV Web Series named: Fireflies for Grade X students, on 10th May 2023 in the School Auditorium.
This show is a coming-of-age series that explores topics like teenage friendship, family bonding, and the concept of good vs evil โ which is certain to teach some important life lessons to our students.With renowned mythologist Devdutt Pattanaik and American comic book writer Ron Marz who has worked extensively with DC and Marvel onboard, this screening was really appreciated by the students.
Students also had the chance to experience a virtual reality 3D version of the trailer of the show. A short quiz based on the same was also conducted in which many students won prizes. Students found the session educational, enriching and enjoyable.

To inculcate the love for a language that opens up new horizons and celebrate multilinguism, Modern Foreign Languages Department conducted Inter Clan Spell Bee competition in French, German and Spanish language on Monday, May 8, 2023 with flair and fervency.
Learners of Grade 6 learning French, German, and Spanish participated with full zeal and enthusiasm. They thoroughly enjoyed learning new vocabulary related to salutations, daily life objects, animals, numbers etc., its pronunciation, and learnt how to spell the words.
The competition comprised of three rounds: translation from target language to English, English to target language and guess the picture in the target language. They were asked to spell a broad selection of words, with a varying degree of difficulty.
