I love my community, I really do. Many of you have given me a bit of 'tough love' about the need to make some crucial changes.
One of them is the issue of token ticker change. As you may know, our token's name has changed from $BEAM to $SCOTTY recently. And as many of you have pointed out, the former pinned Twitter message contained information that is no longer relevant. This flub has been carefully addressed.
I'm trying to fix a similar issue with CoinMarketCap, asking them to correct the outdated info about the token. The request is still pending, but I expect to get the response soon.
In case you spot any mention of $BEAM token in any of my media channels - be sure to give me a heads up. God knows I could use an extra set of eyes! Your voices are heard, and your feedback is appreciated. π

I was just made aware about an unappealing AI-generated MarketMove audit that wrongly puts Scotty Beam in a bad light. I will keep it short and sweet...
This is NOT the actual token implementation contract. This is a proxy contract that points to a token implementation contract that resides at address 0x81D1C13E2b136229B90B5D036d291037a057b18f.
Source code of this proxy contract was adapted from the widely accepted open source contract by OppenZeppelin. You can find the link to the OppenZeppelin open source project below:
