Responsibilities:
- Review cases daily to ensure they are processed in accordance with SLA
- Escalation point for tier 1 day to day issues available via team chat or email to provide support as required.
- Proactively recommend and implement changes to processes to ensure continuous improvement to the customer experience
-Subject matter expert on Customer Service Order, Claims and Returns Processes
- Achievement of productivity and quality KPIs
Requirements:
- Min Diploma
- Able to commit immediate for 3 months
- At least 1 year experience providing customer service
