1. Must be fluent in speaking and writing Bahasa Indonesia
2. Welcome and assist guests during meeting or visits
3. Handle guests' needs in a warm, professional, and attentive manner
4. Ensure the house is always neat, presentable, and meeting-ready
5. Make sure all meeting arrangements are properly prepared
6. Provide customer service and hospitality support
7. Assist with light housekeeping and general tidying
8. Help with cleaning after meetings or guest visits
9. Monitor and maintain stock of consumables and house supplies
