In a major shareholder friendly step, the Gujarat government yesterday released a resolution framing guidelines for state owned PSUs to announce dividends, buybacks, bonus shares and stock splits.

Quick analysis of all the major listed state PSUs and as one would suspect the news cannot get any better.

all the above mentioned PSUs should be offering much higher dividends to their shareholders.

GSFC, GMDC, Gujarat Alkalies and GNFC can all become attractive dividend yield plays & for Bonus.
