🔘 Dadbod

What does dadbod mean?

◻️Male body type with excessive weight in the midsection

A term that describes the body type of a male who has excessive weight around the midsection, but just short of a beer belly.
The body type often arises in men who were previously fit but have regressed due to less exercise, a slowed metabolism from getting older, or a poor diet. The body type is in between being fit and being overweight and commonly occurs in dads in the 30-40 year old range. The term may also appear as "dad bod" or "dad-bod."

❓Example
Man I gotta get back to training, I'm entering dadbod territory
