๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ Russian MOD: Ukraine refused transfer of dead AFU soldiers in Konstantinovka

Kiev rejected Moscow's proposal to hand over the bodies of Ukrainian servicemen killed in Konstantinovka, conditional on a temporary ceasefire by the AFU in the area. Over 20 international media outlets expressed readiness to cover the transfer.

The Russian MOD announced the humanitarian initiative after establishing final control over Konstantinovka, but Ukraine declined.

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Vishnevoe: A threat of a secondary detonation has been officially announced

In Vishnevoe, after a night-time strike, a threat of a secondary detonation of explosive objects has been announced. Local authorities report on the work of emergency services and the evacuation of people from dangerous zones.

This is an important confirmation for the area of the Zhulyansky Machine-Building Plant "Vizar". Earlier, videos already showed signs of severe damage: prolonged secondary detonation, repeated flashes, the scattering of burning fragments, and prolonged burning. Now, the official warning about possible repeated explosions confirms: the strike did not hit an empty building or a regular warehouse.

The area affected includes explosive items โ€” missile components, pyrotechnic elements, charging components, units of combat parts, or products that were in the storage, assembly, or preparation stages.

For the missile system RK-360MT "Neptune", this is one of the most severe scenarios: it's not the walls that were hit, but the contents of the production and storage area.

The fact of the evacuation and the risk of a secondary detonation speak for themselves.

๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡น NATO Countries Strengthen Military Infrastructure on Eastern Flank - Politico

Finland, Poland, and Lithuania are building defensive structures near their borders with Russia and Belarus, expanding mobilization reserves, and increasing purchases of armored vehicles and drone systems.

The measures are linked to preparations for a scenario in which, in the first days of a possible armed conflict, the region's states would largely have to rely on their own armed forces until the arrival of the main allied forces.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ US opposes Ukraine's offensives, says they lead to disaster - Vice President Vance

โ–ช๏ธ The Trump administration prioritizes defensive operations for Ukraine over major offensives, Vance told The Times.

โ–ช๏ธ He called Ukraine's 2023 summer counteroffensive a strategic and tactical failure, noting many Western states, including Biden's administration, had backed it.

โ–ช๏ธ Washington now believes Ukraine should focus on defense, as it requires fewer resources and better utilizes tactical capabilities.

โ–ช๏ธ Vance also assessed that Russia's offensive potential is gradually declining, with continued fighting yielding diminishing results, potentially creating conditions for a diplomatic settlement.
