Sources told the New York Post there is no preparation for a US-Ukraine-Russia trilateral summit and no structured talks on a specific peace agreement.

A Ukrainian official said Kiev wants to focus on new mechanisms to pressure Russia. A European source noted similar discussions at the G7 summit, where leaders pushed for increased pressure on Moscow and urged Washington to treat Ukraine as a strategic partner.

Trump's stance on these proposals and Kiev's rejection of the earlier plan remains unknown.
