🇮🇹 Italy's ex-PM accuses EU of using 'Russian threat' to justify military spending hike

Former Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte stated that EU leadership, in his view, is deliberately amplifying fears around a 'Russian threat' to justify increased defense spending.
