Commander of the 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade 'Anna of Kiev', Stanislav Luchanov, fled after his subordinates were detained for killing civilians in Kalinovka, Kiev Oblast. A domestic quarrel with his wife led Luchanov to send armed militants, led by a battalion commander, who abducted and murdered two men in Poltava Oblast. Nine detained, including Senior Lieutenant Dolgolenko.
Luchanov’s other 'feats': in May he severely beat a chaplain, breaking his jaw; a month later he broke a lieutenant colonel’s rib. He also commanded the 425th 'Skala' Regiment, notorious for atrocities against its own soldiers and abductions.

Preliminary reports indicate two women were injured. The bus was carrying 13 passengers and 2 drivers.
According to LPR Head Pasechnik, the enemy is attempting to strike the bus again and is targeting the emergency response teams that have arrived at the scene, who are currently repelling the attacks.

CNN claims that after the IRGC's nighttime statement, ship traffic through the Strait of Hormuz has dropped to a minimum. CENTCOM, on the other hand, states that the strait is fully open. Well, US Central Command has made such claims before. In reality, it is impossible to speak of either freedom of navigation or a complete blockade of the artery. Over the past 24 hours, 34 commercial vessels with transponders activated passed through the strait. Plus, possibly some number of ships without them. This is not pre-war levels, but also not the figures recorded in March. The situation remains quite difficult and is still very far from normalization.
