After an extended break, we're back to bring you all the latest updates! (Happy New Year!) As we launch into 2024, let's look back at the stellar year SpaceX had in 2023:
📊 Highlights of the year:
• 98 launches - 91 Falcon 9s, 5 Falcon Heavies, and 2 Starships.
• 185 consecutive booster landings.
• Falcon's life leader booster hit a record 19 flights & landings.
📊 More Records:
• Shortest time between two Falcon launches at 2 hours and 54 minutes.
• B1080 became the first booster to land onshore after launching a crewed mission (Ax-2)
• 294 Falcon launches in total
• 259 booster landings in total.
👥 Elon Musk is set to discuss these achievements and reveal plans for 2024 in a SpaceX company talk he'll be posting publicly.
🚀 Before IFT-3, there's still work to be done: Booster Inspection, Orbital Pad Inspection & repaint, TPS tile replacement on S28, Full Stack WDR, Launch Readiness Review, and FAA Post Launch Investigation conclusion. But SpaceX has been very busy at Starbase. More on that later...
There are good news as Jessica Jensen, the vice president of customer operations and integration at SpaceX, recently stated that:
📅 2024 has barely begun and SpaceX has already completed 2 Starlink launches and one commercial mission. This included the first 6 satellites with direct-to-cell connectivity. Also an exciting launch of a lunar lander is coming up soon.
Stay tuned for more catch-up & news!

We are aiming for 144 launches in 2024 (12 per month). The launch system (pads, recovery, flight hardware) needs to be capable of 13/month so we can play catch up when planned maintenance, debacles and weather inevitably slow us down.
