Starlink has launched a page for "Direct to Cell" which will eventually allow for texts, calls, and data to work over Starlink.
According to the page, texts over Starlink are coming in 2024, while calls & data are coming 2025. The satellites will act like cellphone towers in space and should theoretically allow any LTE capable devices to connect.
The contact form currently only allows mobile providers to "get in touch" and signing up for this service will likely happen through your carrier once they support it.

Liftoff! The Falcon Heavy successfully launched from pad LC-39A.
After separation, boosters B1064 and B1065 returned to Earth and successfully landed at sites LZ-1 and LZ-2 at Cape Canaveral
The second stage has shut down and is coasting towards another burn before payload deployment.
The deployment of Psyche is scheduled for ~15:21 UTC

Escape burn complete and separation confirmed! The SpaceX rocket has demonstrated its ability to withstand the extreme conditions of launch.
Our next big milestone will be to acquire Psyche's signal and confirm the spacecraft is in good health, which could take up to 2 hours.

Hello, Psyche! 👋
We've successfully acquired the spacecraft's full signal. Initial telemetry reports show Psyche in good health and will now journey 2.2 billion miles to a metal-rich world.
