A Local Notice to Mariners (LNM) has been published for November 6th, 09:25 to 15:25 UTC, warning of "rocket launching operations" with backup windows on other days with the same time window.
In addition to this, the WB-57 NASA jet now has November 3rd - 10th scheduled on the public calendar. Although not mentioning Starship, it has been used in previous tests and this coincides with the LNM.
This window is not official and is subject to change.
