Had a fantastic day at SpaceX! It was a productive visit where we were briefed on the HLS program, got a glimpse of Raptor development, and witnessed the impressive Dragon production in action.

The licence has not been granted yet. However, the FAA has finalised the safety review section which is a major milestone.
The last major step is the FAA's consultation with the Fish & Wildlife Service, after which the environmental review section can be completed. This should mostly conclude the investigation and allow for the licence to be granted soon after.

Following the recent completion of a major milestone in the FAA's licence review, our sources both public and private point towards the earliest possible launch date now being November 13th.
We have reason to believe the licence will be granted in the coming days. This would still fall within the windows suggested by the LNM we mentioned previously.
Meanwhile Ship 25 has been stacked back onto Booster 9. Keep in mind this date is still unofficial and marks the earliest expected window.
