पेपर लीक के खिलाफ Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026 लोकसभा में पास।
इसके तहत दोषियों के लिए सजा को और कड़ा किया गया है। इसमें अधिकतम 10 वर्ष तक की कैद
10 करोड़ रुपये तक का जुर्माना
और दोषी की संपत्ति जब्त करने का प्रावधान है
साथ ही, मामलों के त्वरित निपटारे के लिए सभी राज्यों और केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों में विशेष फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट बनाई जाएंगी।
इस कानून के अनुसार, एफआईआर दर्ज होने के दो महीने के भीतर जांच पूरी करनी होगी और आरोपपत्र दाखिल होने के तीन महीने के भीतर मुकदमे का निपटारा करना होगा।
