lmao that was easy, what I did:
1. Sent apply for unlock in Mi community at 23:59:59 (CN timezone)
2. It said it didn't worked, ignore
3. Go to Developer settings and try to link/connect your account in Mi Unlock setting
3.1. Instead of Mi Community error it just showed me another error that I need to re-login
3.2. Log out of your xiaomi account and reboot your phone
3.3. Log into your account and try to link/connect your account again.
4. It successfully linked your account, go and download Mi Unlock app now
